About this property

Apartment in Polynesian style condominium facing the sea - 1 suite

Horizontal condominium on the beachfront, beachfront, high standard, based on Polynesian style resorts both its architecture and decoration. Large pool and indoor gardens with water mirror and relaxation areas. Several living rooms in cozy environments for reading, internet connection, etc. Complete oceanfront exercise room and large games room. Our apartment was built at the end of 2008, redecorated in 2016, with all new and high standard furniture, is very cozy and has 55 square meters internal area with full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (including suite), living room , with balcony door with passage to the private outdoor area. In the backyard area we have a table with 6 chairs, and 2 barstools to enjoy appetizers enjoying the beach view. And we complete the private leisure with a whirlpool in suspended deck.

Amazing, safe location with a truly great host!

As three young female travelers, we were quite cautious on where to stay in Guaruja, knowing we were not familiar with the location/language. Antonio made our stay feel very easy and comfortable, and he was so helpful the entire time. I would recommend translating the condo contract/rules from Portuguese to English because there is very useful information on checking in/out. After being guided through parking & check-in by a very kind and helpful staff member, Rafael, at the condo, we had some follow up questions on how to get in and out of the condo, restaurant recommendations, and even safe places to go out at night. Antonio replied with a very thorough email with such useful information for us to navigate Guaruja for three days. He provided his and his wife’s phone numbers in case we needed them. He was so kind and accommodating! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had our own personal patio and hot tub outside, that we put to great use. The entire condominium is gated and feels very secure. The pool/patio in the middle is absolutely gorgeous with palm trees, lounge chairs under gazebos, a Koi pond, and a pool with jets. The condo is located right across the street from the beach, and once you get to the beach the condo staff set you up with free beach service - umbrella and chairs. So lovely. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

A propriedade do Sr Antonio é perfeita. Ótima localização (a melhor que fiquei até hoje), condomínio tranquilo e sem bagunças, apartamento limpo e muito bem conservado. Excelente local, exatamente como o descrito no anúncio e até melhor, a banheira de hidromassagem ao ar livre após um dia de praia é muito relaxante, o condomínio é maravilhoso e muito tranquilo, os funcionários muito atenciosos e o proprietário Antônio nos surpreendeu em tudo, nota 10! Um verdadeiro paraíso no estilo Polinésio. Com certeza vamos retornar em breve!

Fiquei encantada com o condomínio. O apto super limpo, aconchegante, silencioso. Tem o que é necessário. Acomoda 4 pessoas e próximo a praia e melhor ainda: fica em uma região super tranquila da enseada. E realmente é o que as fotos mostram!

Adoramos nossa estadia nesse apto, oq nos desagradou foi as cadeiras de praia que estavam que no anúncio dizia ter 4 e somente 3 em uso. Quanto a hidromassagem não saia água e no anúncio dizia ter academia e quando fomos utilizar não estava podendo ( pedia atestado médico) gostaríamos de saber para poder levar o atestado , do resto, tudo maravilhoso

Fiquei hospedada nesta casa pela segunda vez e também já me hospedei anteriormente em outras casas do Pantai. Sem sombra de dúvidas foi a minha melhor hospedagem no local. A casa é muito limpa e funcional e atende muito bem até 4 pessoas. O Antônio (proprietário) é muito educado e prestativo. A manutenção do imóvel é impecável. O condomínio é lindo, muito seguro e em frente ao mar. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos e o condomínio também. Voltarei sempre que possível!
