We would like to welcome you to Maui Banyan H-308, a spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom, tastefully furnished vacation rental condominium with private lanai and a sweeping ocean view.

We continually upgrade our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. Our recent renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. And our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!

This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. You will live in comfort with a 50" flatscreen Smart TV (with cable) in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, a modern sleeper sofa with queen-size Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phone, full-size washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) are provided.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

Some of the features that make the Maui Banyan the best location in South Kihei are:
*Across Kihei Road from the spectacular Kamaole Beach II (great for picnics, swimming, and snorkeling)
*Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores, video rentals, water-sport shops, Internet cafes, and a wide range of restaurants.
*5-minute drive to Wailea, where you will find upscale shopping, award-winning golf, fine dining, and luxurious spas
*Makena's gorgeous beaches and prime snorkeling spots are a 10-minute drive away

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This centrally located building has an elevator and is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.

Wonderful stay at Banyan
We had a wonderful stay. Loved the location across from Kam II beach. Easy check in. Clean and well stocked apartment. We especially loved the quality of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. It was also nice having a second bathroom. The “view” is only if you are on the narrow lanai and looking in one direction but we still ate out there to take advantage.

Tbh this is the PERFECT place to rent on Maui and we will definitely be back. It was exactly as described - clean, modern, well-lit and stocked with everything you could ever need. Complex is directly across from the beach and easy walking distance from food and shopping. Impeccable grounds and easy parking. 100% recommend to all and thx for great holiday memories!

Awesome Condo With Everything You Need!
This condo was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could ever need. There is even have a beach umbrella and beach chairs. We left a sand mat and a couple of floaties for the next guests to enjoy! You couldn’t ask for a more perfect location right across the street from beaches and close to many restaurants and shops. We had a lovely, relaxing time and will definitely be back!

The condo location was perfect just in front of Kamaole beach II. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. It was also very great to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and body board. Having 2 bathrooms was also very useful with teenagers. We had a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Banyan H308! Great quiet location just off the Main Street but a super short walk to the beach. Very comfy for our family of 4. We appreciated the access to a new beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Washer and dryer was a bonus as well. We will come back when we are in Kihei in the future!

1. Maui Banyan has a great location in South Kihei, many options in walking distance and an excellent beach right across the street.
2. Our condo has an ocean view and is on the cooler side of the building.
3. The "H" building has elevator access
5. Our condo is situated close enough to the front of the complex to be a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, grills and beach, but not so close that you are disturbed by South Kihei Road noise.
