Bien, mais à 10 kilomètres d'Annecy.

Pts positifs : - Accueil, sympathie et disponibilité de l'hôte. - En face d'un Casino, pharmacie et bureau de tabac. - Calme, et voisins TRÈS agréables et serviables. - Parking protégé. - Studio sécurisé, bien équipé et canapé BZ très confortable. Pts négatifs : - Annonce peu claire sur la localisation qui ne stipule pas être aussi loin d'Annecy, 10km. Dommage.

Comentario al cliente cuando debe apagar la luz.. Mala señalizaciones de su ubicación. Medida de la habitación mínima. Cuarto de baño sin la mínima luz para aseo personal

Small, cosy and clean

Everything works, hot shower, induction cooktop, microwave, tv. Private shower/toilet. One room with bed settee.Nicely located with local convenient shops, nice suburb, easy drive to old Annecy and lake.

Studio conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé , il répond parfaitement aux besoins pour une ou deux personnes. La coursive est un vrai plus. Il est proche de toute commodité et la voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour aller à Annecy. ( bus tous les 20mn)

Le séjour était très agréable, studio idéal pour 2 personnes, terrasse appréciable, à proximité de la ville d’annecy, petit commerce proche du studio, voiture non indispensable car bus tout les 15 min en direction d’annecy.

Très bon séjour et accueil super agréable par la propriétaire, bons conseils.

Location très agréable dans un village très joli et calme, qui est tout proche d'Annecy, commerces à proximité , petit marché local, et bus toutes les 10 mn .

Séjour très agréable

Appartement idéalement situé (proximité pour les points d'intérêt). Idéal pour jeune couple, la petite terrasse est très appréciable et permet d'agrandir l'espace de vie. Accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils. Parking privatif et sécurisé très appréciable.

Appartement vraiment trop petit

L endroit très joli mais l appartement vraiment trop petit heureusement il a fait beau on a pu sortir tous les jours et rentrer juste pour dormir et le fait d avoir à fermer 4 portes à clé à chaque fois un peu contraignant

Agréable séjour

Location conforme à la description, bien située, commerces à proximité, bus toutes les 15 mn en direction d'Annecy. Parking privatif très appréciable. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Idéal pour un couple.

Ubicación incorrectamente indicada

El apartamento es pequeño, pero correcto. La relación calidad-precio es buena. Pero en el anuncio debería indicarse de forma clara y explicita que no está ubicado en Annecy, sino en Poisy. El marcador del mapa está justo en el centro de Annecy y eso conduce a error. Fue para mi una gran sorpresa descubrir que estaba en Poisy cuando recibí el contrato pocos días antes del viaje. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
