About this property

Our townhome at Eagle Crest® is meant to be enjoyed! Please know that everything within the home and garage are to be freely used by anyone occupying the facility. The 1400 square ft. home is equipped with most everything you will need for your stay.

The three-bedroom (2 king and 2 twin beds) home overlooks the Resort Golf Course. There is a living room, dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom (King) and bath are located upstairs with a Jacuzzi tub. The home is within walking distance of the Resort Sports Centers, Resort Golf Course and the Deschutes River Walking Trail. Guest passes (6) are included to access all recreation amenities.

The home has three outside decks. The deck off the dining area has a gas barbeque and patio table with seating to accommodate 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped in which to prepare incredible meals. The living room area has a wood burning fireplace and is equipped with a 58" flatscreen TV in the living room and 2 additional flatscreens in 2 bedrooms. Netflix and Prime included. Also available is a two car detached garage for ski’s, bikes, golf clubs, etc.

There is a local area land line telephone and the home is setup with secure wireless cable/internet service.

The home is located in Fairway Vista Estates on the ninth green of the Resort Golf Course nestled within the beautiful high desert landscape. World-class fishing, rock climbing, river rafting, skiing, snowboarding, water skiing, unique shopping and museums are all easily accessible from this Eagle Crest base.

Great Location and a Gem of a House

A wonderful retreat

Very well appointed, comfortable retreat. Excellent setting with great bike trails, river hiking, and pool and tennis options. Our host was gracious and communicated well. The place met our needs, and we shall certainly return .

Dream vacation

We’ve been coming here every summer for years. It’s our happy place. The smell of the junipers, the gorgeous sunset over the golf course, walks along the river, dinner on the porch… Everything about it is pure magic. The condo is beautiful and well cared for. it has everything you need with lots of extra supplies (Extra towels, pool toys, etc) and plenty of space. It feels like a home away from home. The owners make the check-in and checkout process a breeze and are quick to reply if you need any assistance. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Another Great Stay in Eagle Crest

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had!

Staying with friends for an extended weekend to climb at Smith Rock nearby. This place was absolutely awesome! Stan provided us with everything we could possibly need for comfort and convenience and then some. Place was immaculately clean and Stan was so easy to work with. We would 150% stay here again, and we hope to for our next trip to Redmond.

Welcoming atmosphere

We love this home for it's relaxing view, well supplied kitchen, lovely and comfortable decor. There are so many personal touches to make you feel very welcome. We stayed during Thanksgiving and enjoyed the simple Christmas decorations which had been added. The location is absolutely perfect for all kinds of recreation in all seasons. Stan is such a wonderful host and communicator! We will highly recommend this condo to anyone who plans a visit Central Oregon.

Actually has everything

A lot of properties say “has everything you need for your stay!” But this one actually means it. Really well stocked, no closed closets of the good stuff hidden away. Actually enough silverware and cups in good condition to have a meal. Even a crock pot and a blender! I was also really impressed by the view of the golf course. Really well appointed, with updated bathrooms and fixtures. We immediately felt comfortable here. I hope we get a chance to stay again!

Best Condo in Eagle Crest

We absolutely love this property for its location, ambiance, updated and new design and furnishings. It is comfortable and well maintained and the owners are immediately responsive to any questions or needs you might have. We have stayed there 3 times now after staying in many other units over the years, but this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful place to stay!

In town for work and didn’t want want another hotel. Found this gem and was not disappointed. Close to town. Walk to the clubhouse for afternoon rounds of golf. Super clean, very comfortable, pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and a nice grill that works! Definitely will be staying here again. Thank you Stan!

An excellent town home right by the golf course. Great job on newly renovated interior, attention to detail w 5star hotel like decoration.
