High Seas is the ideal location for in town convenience! This waterview, upstairs condominium is as good as it gets on the island.

High Seas is a beautifully furnished one (1) bedroom water view condo complete with luxurious decor throughout with interior updates in 2020. This charming suite offers a fully equipped kitchen beautifully finished with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar built for 2 or gather around the beautiful dining table for 4. It offers a balcony with water views and a propane BBQ. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has an adjoining continental full bathroom. The electric Aerobed can be comfortably utilized in the living room.

The living space is equipped with a DVD player, HDTV, satellite TV, and a view of the Friday Harbor Ferry Dock.

With comfortable accommodations for 4, this suite is perfect for those traveling with or without a car (off street parking available. One car per unit) and that are looking to enjoy the town of Friday Harbor’s dining and shopping, while being centrally located to enjoy the beautiful nature San Juan Island offers!

The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1-minute walk from the San Juan Suites!

Great Place for Two Night Vacation!

There's an ice cream shop right next door and I could just walk down to the dock with my paddleboard for an early morning paddle. The doors and windows keep most of the noise and people generally don't stay out too late. The restaurant downstairs had piano music was audible enough that I wore earplugs to go to sleep since I'm a light sleeper and we go to sleep early. But, it didn't bother my wife at all.

Great Location

My family and I had a great experience staying at High Seas for 6 nights. The location is very convenient - only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beautiful harbor. The condo is extremely cozy, spacious and nicely updated with a fantastic view. Some tips to consider: the air mattress is not comfortable (it appears to have a slow leak). A pull-out couch/sectional or futon would be a better option. The carpet could use a deep clean or perhaps it's time to get it replaced. The chairs, couch and bed were comfy and tasteful. This is our third time staying at High Seas and we have also stayed at Valley Farm and Northwest Passage several times. This is our absolute favorite and most convenient location and we'll stay here again and again...

The kitchen has necessities to cook ( we did not) with full size fridge. Not there are not many slices, oils, stables ( aluminum foil, stretch wrap, etc) there. They did supplly coffee which was nice. There is a grill on the tiny deck that we did not use. You can easily walk tge downtown area and there is a cute farmers market ( mostly crafts) on Saturdays. We were there early June and things close down by 8 or earlier. The parking spots are secure and right behind the building which is very nice!

Perfect Getaway

It was within a couple of blocks of anything you might want or need and the designated parking was very convenient and appreciated. I lost track of how much time I spent just watching the ferries load and unload out the window from the chairs in the living room. It was so relaxing. They provided everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Everytime I thought , I wish they had a specific item, I would find it in the condo. The only thing I found they didn’t have was a pizza cutter. I definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Appreciate the ease of making the reservation and all of the follow-up with directions, instructions, etc. And we LOVED the view. Just amazing. And wonderfully relaxing. The only thing that I wish I'd have brought to someone's attention was the light outside the Hermosa Mexican Kitchen & Bar, which was right outside our bedroom window. It was shining VERY brightly each night (perhaps even overnight, not sure), and even with the window coverings, it was bothersome. I did not mention it because I thought it might have been a one-night thing (someone perhaps forgot to turn it off?), but it continued each night. And the restaurant and bar were not open at the time when the light was on. Perhaps this can be addressed if it is still happening, for the comfort of future guests.
