The lush level yard gently slopes down to the waters edge with a private dock, fire pit and 75 feet of waterfront. Perfect spot for families to enjoy together while having your own living quarters.
Conveniently located near the town of Ticonderoga for shopping needs. There is also a marina nearby to rent boats or to simply gas up.

Great place for a get away!

Lovely spot on Lake George!
Great location and overall a great place to stay. Wish the staircase between the floors was inside - little tough in the rain going up and down. Needed to purchase more toilet paper for our stay but did enjoy ourselves...

Wonderful Stay at Spacious Property
We cannot say enough about how amazing this house was. It easily accommodated the three families I visited with - giving everyone enough space to spread out when need be. The outdoor spaces truly made our stay. We loved the second level veranda and the level grassy yard was perfect for our kiddos to run around on. The neighbors were all so kind and friendly and the host was top notch - responsive, attentive and very welcoming.

Amazing Week in Ti at LG- Amazing Property
We had come up to LG to pay our last respects to my father in law who had recently passed away and find closure as a family. My FIL and family have spent the greater part of 50+ years visiting LG every summer. COVID had ruined a trip to NY in 2020 & 2021 so we were finally able to rent David’s beautiful lakefront home this past summer. The house was very clean, well thought out in design and was able to accommodate our group. Morning breakfasts and family dinners were had on the upstairs outdoor deck with a gorgeous view of LG! The rooms were spacious and beds all very comfortable. The grill was a nice touch and they also provide fire wood as a convenience so that you can enjoy a nice quiet end to the day with a fire in the stone pit down near the water. The view of the stars was crazy as you could see the entire sky lit up with constellations and shooting stars! It was also nice to wake up and walk less than 100 feet to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, watch the sunrise over the mountains and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. The neighbors were very friendly and this property is one of the quietest and less busy parts of the lake I’ve ever seen. We took daily kayak rides to Prisoner Island and “explore” with the kids without the fear of much traffic. The property is about 5-15 minutes from the middle of historic Ticonderoga, many battlefields, forts, cannons and the largest ice cream cones in the country at the Wind Chill Factory! The host David was amazing with his communication and provided a much needed sanctuary for our family during an emotional time for us. This house/property is a must rent if you ever visit Lake George. We are truly appreciative of our time/visit in David’s home as it was one of most memorable trips we’ve had to LG. Thanks so much again for sharing your home with us!

We stayed at this lovely property for our son’s week-long wedding extravaganza with some family members. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The home is very clean and up-to-date and the property is gorgeous with amazing views & sunrises. We liked having two separate living quarters. David is fantastic with communicating and answers any questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely lakefront home
We had a great time - Dave was always very quick to respond to any questions. Remember to bring your sheets, towels & any household items (toilet paper etc). Not much nearby but we had a pleasant dinner at Eddies about a 10 min drive away. The upstairs porch is perfect for morning coffee and late night chats! We rented a 19’ boat & docked right on property! Great stay!

Lake George is fabulous
Could not have had a better experience with the owner. Was texted just before checking in and once we were there. Also received text morning of check out. Also gave us good instructions on how to rent a boat and other questions answered promptly. We wish the upper deck was a screened in porch. Also next door neighbor much closer than we realized from the pictures. Not a problem but we were grateful that family next door was not their the entire week. Great lawn for activities. Nice to have the use of the dryer to dry towels at night. House was nice & clean! Super spot for families with older kids, no beach area.

We loved the property. At first we were a bit thrown off that you coukd not access upstairs from inside, but it actually worked out well to give each family a bit of privacy. The house was well maintained and communication with manager was easy and convenient. We look forward to staying again in the future.

So relaxing and scenic!
David's property is beyond lovely. Situated on the northern end of Lake George, it's very quiet and was the perfect place for our family to get away for a few days. The house was very clean and comfortable, and a really great layout with lots of space that worked well for our family. David was very responsive via email and text in the time leading up to our visit and very helpful in answering any questions we had. We spent most of our time on the upstairs porch, enjoying the lovely view! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great visit!

Lovely Lakefront Getaway
Beautiful property with all of the amenities to enjoy a relaxing stay. The house accommodates a family group readily. Unobstructed views of the lake from both the upper deck and lower porch area. Plenty of lawn space for children's games. The lake is pristine, inviting and very refreshing. A good time was had by all!

The house is modern and has a wonderful second-story porch overlooking the lake. The location is quiet and private. The property includes everything you need (in a non-COVID year) including two refrigerators. The host was very friendly and responded immediately to questions.

A great week at the Lake House
We will do it again in the future. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house, it’s location, and lakefront swimming. We rented a boat for the week since the house came with a dock.

Great place! Looking forward to our Summer week again.
Great spot and had a wonderful vacation. It was accurately described and very clean. The lawn was perfect for our kids (2 and 4) and waterfront was perfect. The views and stars at night were great- Thanks again!

A real Find!
This property is terrific!! The place is clean and nicely decorated. The beds comfortable. The view from the upstairs porch is wonderful and we heard from the neighbors there are never any bugs there due to the ceiling fan. It's a perfect spot for two families to enjoy the lake, play games on the yard, and cook marshmallows over the fire pit. We're headed back as soon as the water warms up next month so we can enjoy all the amenities (Cliff Jumping, Rock Climbing, Water Skiing, Kayaking, Swimming off the dock, Sunning and Relaxing)
