Beach Perfection & The World's Greatest Sunsets

" Beach House" boasts 5 bedrooms each with its own unique natural view and fresh beach breeze, 4 full bathrooms and a refreshing outdoor shower!

This is the quintessential family summer experience. 3 levels of decks that see nothing but waves crashing on the sand, and each with a different story to tell over a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

When you walk out of the house your toes hit sand on your walk to our private Lake Michigan beach. Dinnertime? Seat your family and friends at our 18 seat covered picnic table. Dessert, a highend fire pit on the beach for the perfect smore.

"Beach House" is in immaculate condition, featuring recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, all the trimings of luxury beach life, comfy furniture, luxurious bedding, and our favorite family treasures.

"Beach House" is ideally located directly on Lake Michigan and a very short walk to the Bass Lake Outlet. The outlet is always warm and perfect for young children who may not be ready for the 'Big Lake.' just yet. The famed Eagle Top towers over our side deck and the old Indian Trail leading up to the top of this epic hike is just nextdoor.

The house is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs as well as generational antiquities of my family.

The layout of the house for families is ideal. The main floor master suite features a European king bed, East and West windows and a full bathroom. The middle floor features 4 bedrooms separated into two 2-bedroom suites each with 1 queen room and 2 twins and a shared full bathroom on each wing.

The ground floor is a game room, TV room, wet bar, beach access or whatever you please.

Lastly, "Beach House" is a recreation, fitness, water sport lovers dream. We have mountain bikes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, soccer balls, fishing poles and all the yoga and exercise equipment you can want.

Perfect Family Vacation

What a tremendous Beach House! Beautiful sandy Lake Michigan at our front door...no road...no steps to the water and so very private. We loved the water toys! Took the kayaks to Pentwater on the Big Lake. The Beach House was in great condition...We will definitely be returning.

Heaven on Earth

Wow did we relax ! The moment we walk down the walk way and saw the lake, the world melted away and the fun began. Swimming, kayaking, walks on the beach....Perfect You won't believe the soft cool breezes from the lake, the clean perfect Lake Micihigan water and sand, bond fires, so' ores, sunsets from the deck and everything tastes so good. Try Bortles fishery for fresh caught perch and Lake trout, just minutes away, and Pentwater, So cute. The cottage seemed to be recently remodeled and stocked with everything from great towels and linens and excellent kitchen supplies and was perfect for our family reunion and slept 10 easy and 4 bathrooms and an outside shower made it nice. Kitchen and living room allowed us to gather and play Michigan rummy for the first time in decades. Our time here was like stepping back in time to the wonders of Western Michigan in the Summer Time.

This house is perfect for a family beach vacation. We rode bikes, fished, played in the waves of Lake Michigan. Truly amazing memories. We'll be back.
