Beautiful, Well Laid Out 3000sqft , Nicely decorated home. Sleeps 10

Beautiful open kitchen with all stainless appliances (second fridge in garage for extra space) nice dark rustic floors and rustic décor. Beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and kid friendly. From our wonderfully fluffy beds to our 1800's latin American church door kitchen table, our house is sure to more than meet your comfort needs. You'll find two master suites upstairs with wonderful King sized beds. A firm memory foam mattress in the main master, and a softer kings down in the second. Both have 50' flat screens and Smart DVD players. Main master has huge bathroom with a soaking tub and a slider to the well protected hot tub. Upstairs you will also find a big open kitchen with all stainless Kitchenaid appliances including a 5 burner gas range, a large stainless sink with disposal and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen opens up to a large great room floor plan with a very special diningroom table, bar seating for two or three and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows.
Traveling downstairs you find a large family room with a sleeper sectional, a 65 inch flat screen TV with a smart blue ray player. So movies galore in addition to our small dvd collection. There is a closet full of games for the board game fans including but not limited to bingo, poker chips, cards, janga, giant chess or checkers, and many more. However due to people coming and going, this collection is constantly changing.
There are two bedrooms downstairs. Both with comfortable queen beds, and two twin bunks. These bunks can hold adult weight, but are easier and more suited for kids to get in and out of. But these rooms also have a look very uniquely and creatively, all of their own. The Black Bear room and the Fort Freedom room. Check out the pictures and don't fight over who gets which bed! There is a full bathroom between these two rooms. I have two pack and play playpens. (I have found that the upstairs master closet makes a great bedroom for tiny ones in playpens.) The two downstairs bedrooms also both have 37' flat screens and Smart DVD players. You will also find a wine cellar off the downstairs living room. We clearly can't stock it, so we have made it a special part of our guest history. Make sure you take part in it when you stay. We have a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink and the two car garage has been made into a large game room with an air hockey table, pool table, foosball and our newest addition, a shuffleboard table. The deck gets wonderful evening sunshine and has a large natural gas bbq and couple tables for enjoying and evening meal or a glass of wine. (Sunriver will no longer allow the use of the fire table so the propane has been removed)
The house also comes with 10 unlimited use passes for the SHARC facility. Please look online for updates on events and rules.

Christmas Holiday

This house felt like home especially with the beautiful Christmas trees and decorations throughout. It was Perfect!House location is on the North end of Sunriver and a short walk to dog park and grocery store.

The Gift of Time Together

We booked this as a gift for my 78 year old Mom. She loves spending time with family, and it just gets harder and harder. When you're under one (beautiful) roof, it makes it easier to visit and reminisce. Heidi's home is beautiful, well kept and decorated with warm, unique wood accents. The custom dining room table was captivating. We spent much time playing games and studying its character. I imagine it has an rich history if it could tell its story.

GREAT home

Having vacationed in Sunriver for 45+ years, this is the BEST overall home we have stayed in. Clean, FULLY stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, A/C, and the BEST beds we have ever slept on in a rental. We plan to return!

Beautiful Home!

This house is amazing! It's so beautifully decorated! It's such a super comfy and welcoming place to stay. The kids loved the downstairs area with the big screen tv and game room. It was great! This is such a great place to stay with kids. The bunk bed rooms are so adorable and fun. We loved this house and will stay here again. The owners are super nice and easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. I highly recommend this home!

LOVE this home!!

Heidi’s place was absolutely wonderful!!! We were two families (4 adults and 6 kids). The 2 primary suites upstairs plus kids bedrooms/bathroom downstairs was perfect for our group. The kids loved the garage rec room! Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was delightful. Convenient location to Hwy 97 and Sunriver village. Heidi was very responsive throughout the booking and stay. We absolutely loved our stay; thank you so much!

Nice property for families in Sunriver

We had a nice stay with our family at this property in Sunriver. We enjoyed the nicely-renovated and clean (even for a pet-friendly place) common spaces and adult bedrooms, and our kids had fun in the custom bunk rooms. Appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for the pool. Wish there were a few *less* big games in the garage so we could more easily store our own bikes and trailer in there.

Can’t wait to come back

This was the first property I have stayed at that was better than expected and far exceeded my expectations. This is also the first property I feel I can come back to without wondering if I am missing out on something better. Perfect house for our group. Only question: why not advertise and highlight that wonderful hot tub? I don’t recall seeing any pictures of it or reading about it in the description. Thanks for such a great place to stay.

Good communication and easy check in

We loved this home for our annual family trip to Sunriver. The house was overall clean and decently stocked. Lots of bicycles and family style games. The shuffle board was quite impressive! The downstairs was very cold which kept the upstairs tolerable in the heat of August. The system did not seem adjustable which was a bit of a bummer as we were quite chilled at bedtime. The downstairs bedrooms are absolutely adorable and super fun for kids!!

Beautiful home, with nice features. Great family home. Two bedrooms with bunk beds not suitable for ‘seniors’. I read as Queen plus 2 twin. Used air mattresses to accommodate my sisters who couldn’t manage stairs to bunks. Kitchen has all you need. A few cooking items could be replaced. Wine cellar ‘guest book’ is unique & fun. Excellent communication with owner when we had a concern. The cleaning staff should do better for the homeowner. Observation, not s problem. Loved our time in this home away from home!

Very nice!

We loved our stay here- it accommodated our situation perfectly, as we were able to have 2 living areas. The house was nestled in a quiet culdesac. The difference in climate from upstairs to downstairs was a little hard to manage (keeping it cool upstairs made the downstairs very cold). We did end up having to use the outside patio chairs because one of the dining room chairs broke and most of the others were very wobbly. That made for some discomfort when trying to play games or eat as a family. Plenty of amenities available- including lots of bikes, games, movies, etc. We absolutely loved the table-top shuffle board!l and the hot tub. The house was stocked well, which was nice because, if we forgot anything, it was sure to be available to use.

A very pleasant surprise

I have stayed in many rentals over the course of my life and I am pretty sure this was the first time I have ever found a rental home to be far better than I expected. This is a wonderful home with an impressively outfitted kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers amazing. My twelve year old twin boys both wanted to shower and I can guarantee you that never happens. We had a little trouble with the AC while we were there so I messaged the owner late one evening. She responded immediately and told me exactly what to do. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Sunriver.

Family retreat

We had a great time staying at this house. It was perfect for a large group. The downstairs was a great size where the kids could keep themselves entertained. They really loved all the games in the garage.

Amazing house!

This house has everything including a beautiful layout and great room to a garage filled with games that our kids (and we) could not get enough of. It is within close walking distance of the North Store - which we utilized several times. It is also a fairly straight shot bike ride to the village. We have never wanted to return to a specific house before, but this will be the first. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Nice home!

Big house with plenty of space! The split level was not condusive due to having a toddler (this was not anticipated when booking over a year in advance) With the baby gate that we adapted to fit, it worked out. Only mentioning it as to make others aware if have small children. The provision of baby amenities really helped. The lower family room level with the TV viewing area, bedrooms & games is a nice big space but unfortnately was just too cold so our family didn't utilize it as I had hoped; however, everyone did enjoy hanging out in the game room (garage)! We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen - it had everything we needed, plus more. I very much appreciated all communications with Heidi, the owner. She was quick to respond to my questions as well as accommodating! Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home!

Great home

This home was perfect for our extended family. We had 1 couple and two families with two kids each. The kids loved the bedrooms. Another couple was unable to travel because of Covid but there was plenty of space if they had come. Kitchen was fully stocked and had adequate cooking pots and pans for our group. The only negative was the TV in the second master. I was not able to get it to connect to the internet. Instructions for the operation of each TV would be helpful.

From travel, boating, farming, spending time with our 14 and 16 year old kids, exercise, wine and good pizza, friends and family, flying, movies, sunshine, camp fires, and always a good adventure. We love our God, our family and our farm. We do foster care so never a dull moment. We enjoy our sons year round sports teams and our daughters crossfit adventures. We have been married for 18 easy years and look forward to many more.

Why they chose this property

We have been to Sunriver many a week and really enjoyed our time here. We love the sun and the snow so the environment here always delivers! The family has made some really great memories here. From the bike rides, the pools, Goody's candy shop, chasing lizards, and late night board games and laughs with friends. We wanted to make a place where we not only build lasting memories, but a place that our kids would want to come back to and bring their families too. And where you and your kids would want to come back year after year and make and share memories of your own to add to our homes history.

What makes this property unique

When we decided to take the plunge and buy in Sunriver, our main concern was the floor plan, and we couldn't be happier. The lay out of this house is so user friendly! Especially for those with kids that are not too young, or multi family stays. What we didn't know was how much we would love being a very short jaunt to the north store or such and easy ride to the north pool! I LOVE that you don't have to go through 5 traffic circles to get in and out of Sunriver! So we bought, put in a ton of sweat and blood equity, and are very pleased with the outcome. We hope you all enjoy this house as much as we do!
