Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 7th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 3 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom dual sinks large stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 queen beds with large storage drawers located at foot of bed along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have a 42 inch LED TV with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children glass doors and dual sinks. Both bathrooms are tile from floor to ceiling.Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 2 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch plasma TV with cable. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club.

Enjoyable Time Away

We enjoy sitting on the balcony. The view was nice. The beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious. The kitchen needed more pans for cooking. Overall very nice place to stay.

My stay was an awesome one!

Just got back from an amazing weekend in Ocean City! The condo I rented was perfect—modern, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Each room was beautifully decorated and super inviting. With 3 TVs, there were no arguments over what to watch (a big win with my grandson!), and the view of the ocean? Absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in OC, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

Fantastic Beachfront Property – Perfect for a Girls’ Getaway!

This was our fourth year renting this property, The location is perfect—right on the beach, with a wonderful ocean view and relaxing sound of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is always very clean and well-maintained,The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient. We also love the comfortable recliners and the ability to stream movies,We did have one minor issue with the water, but the property owner was extremely responsive and helped us resolve it quickly—great communication all around.Overall, this is the perfect spot for a beach getaway, and we’ll definitely be back again next year! Highly recommend!

Relaxing getaway

This was just the right size for the three of us and the views were incredible. We had no trouble getting access to the property. Being able to hear the ocean was super relaxing. Although we loved the view in the master bedroom, the sun shined pretty brightly one morning. We could’ve used some curtains. My favorite spot was the recliner in the main area facing that beautiful view. The place is definitely fully updated. The guest room was a good size. If you’re not into reading the fine print, please remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Also your bed linens and towels unless you opt to rent. Don’t forget to have one for your feet when you step out of the shower. You are near plenty of places to pick up a few items, groceries and get to a variety of restaurants. As of this writing, the TVs aren’t smart, so we used our HDMI to connect to the television to stream movies. Overall it met our requirements and we enjoyed our stay.

Great view, but disappointed

This place has a great location with a great view. BUT when we got there we could not get in. The codes we were given did not work. We called the host and got a call back in about 15 minutes, who set a code for us to enter. We then noticed the place did not appear to have been cleaned, and the next day there was a knock on the door with a guy saying they were scheduled to clean this place that day. It was not the cleaners mistake, or our mistake. The difficult entry experience, and the no cleaning experience left us a bit unsettled. But we did enjoy the ocean front views.

Dont know about luxury. The 2nd bedroom was tight with 2 queen size beds. Had to crawl in. The 2nd bathroom had gunk in the shower door trck. The sofa needs to be replaced. Toi saggy.

Good, Not Great

We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been more-or-less the same where the location is great, the apartment is nice enough and the furnishings are mostly functional but it is missing a few key items. This year it was missing wine glasses. Also, the light switches and/or fixtures seemed to not function quite right and we couldn’t get some to turn on except ant random. Other than that it suited our needs great. It has some wear and tear of a rental but is comfortable and suited the needs of a family of four with a couple young kids. Also this year, the parking instructions were flat out wrong. Instructing to park in spaces that didn’t exist. Luckily the building had posted which spots went to which unit so we could figure it out. This made for a pretty confusing initial arrival though. These are fairly nit-picky issues and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Another Great Stay

My sister and I have been vacationing at this property for over eight years, and we have never had a bad experience. The views are awesome from sunrise to sunset and to be so close to watching the dolphins is priceless. The amenities are also on point. We truly enjoy our stay, and we have already booked for next year!!!!!

It was what we wanted and we booked in advance for that reason. The only default that my family and I had with our stay was the fact that there were no sheets and towels provided during our stay. We knew that after we read the email but nobody should have to bring those necessities.

Very clean. Condo layed out very well. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. Appliances in good working order and relatively new. Great view of the ocean. Very comfortable condo. Only suggestion would be installation of grab-bars in the showers. Owner very easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

The ocean front view is awesome, and the condo layout and the amenities are perfect. My sister and I usually rent the property in the summer (and we're scheduled for this one as well), but we decided to experience Ocean City during the "off" season. We were not disappointed.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our short stay. We tried to get another day, but it had already been rented. We will definitely be back when we need to get away for some rest and sunshine. The condo was great, but building, halls and elevators are deceiving. Needs updated. Oh, they were redoing parking underneath the building, it was roped off, and we had to find parking on the street. But, this did not dampen our stay. I love this place!!! Don't forget to bring your linen, including pillows.

We enjoyed our stay! Had a few problems when we arrived but we had a quick response and everything was fine after that. Owner was very accommodating for our early arrival. We are already planning our next stay in six months.

Back Again This Year

We stayed in this unit for the first time last year and really liked the location. We booked it again this year! Loved having drapes on the bedroom sliders. The king size bed is unbelievably comfortable and made it really easy to fall asleep. Will be back again that’s for sure!

Beautiful Property

A beautiful property. Loved facing the ocean and enjoyed the sunrise from the 7th floor balcony. Comfortable furniture. Incredible views. Walked across Coastal Highway to Ropewalk. Awesome weekend away during the offseason. Would highly recommend.
