Appartement très agréable, avec piscine, proche de la plage et place de parking. Tout est mis en place pour passer un bon séjour. Hôte disponible et accueillante. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le golfe de St Tropez.

tout à fait d'accord avec tous les témoignages positifs postés précédemment! appartement très bien situé avec vue très agréable entre St Tropez et Ste Maxime, très propre et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable! Nous y venons depuis 3 ans, 3 semaines en juin et en septembre! La propriétaire est très, très agréable avec son petit accent chant de Marseille et très à l'écoute! En plus, c'est une grande amoureuse des animaux! Nous venons avec notre chien et notre chat! Vivement septembre prochain! A recommander sans modération!

Un joli petit appartement, bien confortable avec son agréable terrasse vue sur la mer. Les transats à disposition sur le terrasse mais aussi à la piscine avec leurs parasols sont très appréciables. La région est magnifique et la propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse. Je compte bien revenir.

Très bien ...
' La résidence est très bien placée , à deux pas du port de Cogolin et ses restaurants, de la plage à 100 m direct ( juste un parking à traverser) et une piscine "Lagon " remise à neuf de 650 m2 . Un Hyper Marché à 500 m et un Super Marché à 5 kms, une supérette sur le port ,un parc d'attractions à 2 pas bref , on gare la voiture en arrivant et on ne bouge plus ... sauf pour une balade à St tropez, Gassin village ou encore Ramatuelle et bien d'autres dans la région. L'appartement est très propre avec comme petits avantages: le petit congélateur, la télé, un micro ondes , un ventilateur et un parasol avec un pied pour la piscine. . Un vue magnifique du 3° étage sur la baie de ST Tropez ( tous les repas sur le balcon oblige....) , bref depuis 6 ans que nous venons ds cette résidence c'est l'appartement le plus coquet et le mieux entretenu que nous avons eu.
