After a small path that smells of hazelnut, you will discover a beautiful Perigordian stone surrounded by meadows and woods. You will come with family or friends, it accommodates up to 8 people. You can enjoy the quiet by nature of its protected private swimming pool or discover the most beautiful sites of Périgord (Sarlat, Lascaux, gardens of Eyrignac, the Dordogne valley and the Vézère, ...) that are less than 30 minutes from home. You will feel far away from everything ... yet so close to everything. All shops at 6 km. Our holiday house 'The Martelie' has 4 bedrooms, a living stone and oak beams of 50 m² with fireplace, bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets. You have at your disposal: 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, TV + DVD, barbecue, ATVs. Rental weeks, weekends, all year.

super location de vacances.
logement très bien situé a mi chemin des sites a visiter. La maison est accueillante, spacieuse et très bien équipée, elle est isolée et très calme, avec une jolie piscine. Christine est une hôte charmante et discrète qui connaît les bonnes adresses de la région et nous en fait profiter!! nous recommandons cette location qui est tout a fait adaptée à 8 personnes.

En pleine campagne!
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et très bien équipée. Le calme et le repos sont au rendez-vous Nous avons pu apercevoir une biche et un renard! Nous avons été sensibles aux attentions de la propriétaire. Merci également pour les bonnes adresses! Entre gastronomie et visites, un séjour riche en découvertes. Même si nous n'avons pas pu apprécié autant la piscine, le bain était le bienvenu lors de la seule chaude journée! La maison se situe à 40 min des sites touristiques. Merci de votre accueil.

Belle région et beau gite
Tranquillité assurée dans une maison de charme avec de vielles poutres. Un très bon accueil de la part des hôtes qui sont disponibles pour vous indiquer les beaux sites à visiter aux alentours.

Herrlich einsame Lage, Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen
Wir waren in den ersten zwei Juli-Wochen zu acht (zwei Familien) mit Hund in diesem toll und einsam gelegenem Haus. Wir haben uns von Anfang an extrem wohl gefühlt. Natur pur! Nachteil, waren die Fahrten, die wir unternehmen mussten, um Besorgungen zu machen (Bäcker, Einkäufe). Aber das ist der Preis, wenn man diese herrliche Lage genießen möchte. Keine Nachbarn, kein Lärm und alle können sich frei bewegen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, die innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten erreichbar sind. Ebenso gibt es sehr viele Restaurants (ferme auberge d’Imbes, unser Favorit, 4 km entfernt), in denen man abends sehr gut speisen kann, während die Kinder auf Wiesen Fußball oder Frisbee spielen können. Das war Urlaub für alle. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und könnte eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Alles in allem aber hatten wir vor Ort alles, was wir benötigten. Christine und Denis, die Eigentümer, sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, und waren sofort zur Stelle, wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu lösen gab. Und nicht zu vergessen: die ausführliche Einführung in die Imkerei und anschließende Verkostung von Denis leckerem Honig. Eines unserer schönsten Urlaube in Frankreich.

Ruhige Idylle in der Dordogne
Sehr schönes Grundstück in absoluter Ruhiglage. Angenehmer Pool und nette Vermieter. Gut geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund. Viele gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung empfohlen durch Vermieter.

Le paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette charmante maison périgourdine. Le silence et les nuits fraîches tout en pouvant rejoindre facilement les sites pour les visites, juste parfait ! Une randoland située a Jayac permet aussi de découvrir les beautés des proches alentours avec des enfants. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !!

L'annonce disait vrai : un havre de paix ! Très jolie maison en pierre au milieu des bois et des champs, parfaitement équipée. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le temps qui était frais pour la saison : donc l'eau de la piscine était également un peu fraîche. La maison est parfaitement située pour accéder aux différents sites touristiques. Christine et son mari sont des hôtes charmants, sympathiques, accueillants, disponibles pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons cette location.

Week-ends entre amis
Nous avons apprécié notre week-end entre amis au sein du propriété calme et reposante . Malgré le mauvais temps à l’arrivée nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du soleil. Les couchages étaient adéquats et confortables pour 8 personnes et les équipements fonctionnels comme le barbecue. L’accueil a été sympathique et chaleureux merci aux hôtes !

Lovely spot
Lovely location, in the middle of nowhere but good restaurants nearby - don't miss La Meynardie. Convenient location for visiting some great villages and chateaux in the Dordogne. Small pool but very welcome when it is hot

Parfait pour des vacances en Perigord reposantes au calme total
Charmante maison avec emplacement idéal pour la tranquillité et le repos en pleine nature La situation est idéale pour effectuer toutes les visites et ballades de la région. Les propriétaires sont des plus adorables, accueil et gentillesse. Enfin la petite piscine nous a bien rafraîchi pendant ces fortes fleurs. Nous recommandons vivement.

Een heerlijk huis midden in de rust
We waren met 4 volwassenen, 3 kinderen en een klein hondje. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, zowel in als om het huis. De ontvangst door Christine was super hartelijk en voor kerst was er een kerstboom geplaatst. Het gebied leent zich voor goede wandelingen en eindeloos sterren kijken. Voor de kinderen hadden we fietsen meegenomen en die hebben zich in de omgeving zeer goed vermaakt. Onze eigen PS4 werd aangesloten op de TV en zo konden zij zich 's avonds ook zeer goed vermaken. De WIFI werd geen enkel moment gemist (ook niet door een puber van 15). Op 1ste kerstdag zaten wij in t-shirt met korte mouwen met een roseetje in de zon. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad en wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen (ondanks het feit dat hier geen WIFI was, of wellicht dankzij het feit dat hier geen WIFI is).

Loin des invasions touristiques
Maison très confortable située en pleine nature ; les équipements sont de qualité et l'envirronement est exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé des vacances famililiales de qualité. Le petit village de Jayac à gardé son caractère rural ; il a été préservé des invasions touristiques.

un endroit totalement magique !
Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans le gîte de Christine : en arrivant tout d'abord une impression de totale quiétude donnée par cette "maison de Blanche neige" ... toute mignonne au milieu des bois avec un jardin adorable et une piscine accueillante. Ensuite à l'intérieur on sent que tout a été pensé pour notre confort et chaque petite attention pour la vie quotidienne ou simplement le plaisir des yeux est appréciable. Le must : un accueil charmant, un sourire généreux et une connaissance parfaire de la région... cela m'étonnerait que nous n'y retournerions pas très très vite ...
