Great location and communication with manager.
House shows its age a bit and was not as well appointed as others we’ve stayed in (toiletries, kitchen items, etc).
But it was great value and we would stay again.
Have stayed on 30a for decades with no issues. Sadly not the case this trip. Awful experience from start to end. In fact, I hope the owners read this and fire the cleaning service and the management company. The living room furniture was stained and smelled like a dirty diaper. Porch furniture was filthy and the bannister in home was covered in layers of gunk that I cleaned. Windows downstairs so dirty you could hardly see out. Surprisingly the bedrooms were clean. Microwave did not work. Pans in cabinet had stuck on old eggs and other food. Only had two short drink glasses and three tall glasses. Two wine glasses. Management apologized but did nothing but attempt to fix microwave. It did not work the rest of the trip which was very inconvenient. Only LR TV worked and it wasn’t a smart TV. Upstairs TVs did not work and were not fixed even though I called about this during our stay. Husband left hanging clothes in closet (our fault but it happens) and management said they could not check on this because new renters were there. However, they texted us during the trip so easily could have asked. Husband pushed back because the clothes were expensive. Then they said no clothes were left. They were, and they were stolen.
Had a wonderful time at the house! Enough room for 12 of us. Could have used more living space but the community had a lot of green space for kids to run around. The location is perfect just far from the beach for little kids
We were in the area for a week long softball tournament in PCB, but wanted to stay in the 30A area. The Seacrest Beach neighborhood is wonderful! We loved the shuttle service and the pool area. The home was beautiful with everything in working order. The front door knob was a little difficult to open at times from the inside (could be a fire hazard), but otherwise we were very happy with our choice.
We had a great family vacation. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house even felt bigger than it looked in pictures. We were able to walk to get breakfast and coffee every morning, and the tram/walk to the beach was enjoyable. We definitely will be staying here again.
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette and had THE best time! This house looks even better in person. It was easy to get in contact with Justin as well for any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay again!
Went on a bachelorette trip with some girlfriends and we had a lovely time! The house has seen some love but it was clean and felt very safe! I would recommend!

Nice house. NO BEACH
Like the house. Communication with property manger was responsive (unfortunately we were the first stay after a recent bug spraying which stirred the cockroaches a bit :-).
This location seems to be the worst beach location in the area (we have years of experience renting along 30A) unless you prefer being stacked 8 rows deep while every other adjacent community is just two rows deep with plenty of space for kids to play. This was during a busy spring break week. The rental chair spaces were sold out and the “open spaces”were so full that our kids were asked to leave from the only space they could find that was partially overlapping a beach patrol path.
So like the house but the beach set up puts my first experience with Seacrest on the “never again” list.
We have stayed in this neighborhood for years and we especially loved this property! It was perfect for our family, location is great and walkable to everything you need.

disappointing
The place was dirty and I was embarrassed. The cleaners did the typical cleaning of sinks, counters , baths etc but the the walls, doors and wood work were filthy. Going up the stairs was very beat up. They have a Keurig that you have to add water every time you want a cup since it makes one cup at a time-for a house that sleeps 10+! no storage containers, hangers in closets, spices like salt and pepper, saran wrap of foil net net you need to bring all this stuff. The other house I stayed at in the neighborhood was very well appointed and clean.
We had the best time at Family Ties! The house was perfect for our group of 9. Very clean and the check in process was super easy. We will definitely be back! The trolley service to the beach was quick and convenient. The property management was very helpful before our trip and answered all of my questions. Love love love!

Family holiday
The house was clean and in a good location. Items not provided were dish towels, napkins, salt and pepper, coffee or keurig. Also, the grill needed cleaning and there was no grill spatula. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay with plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 children. The tram for the pool and beach were helpful and usually quickly accessed. At peek times they’re could be a 10-15 minute wait.
We will definitely be back and would recommend it to others.
The property is nice and the location is ideal for those looking to stay close to the beach, but not pay on the beach prices. The pool is a nice option to have and getting to the beach was easy. The couches need to be replaced, however it was a good place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay at Family Ties. Nice size house. Easy walking distance to beach with teens however the beach access is super crowded. We ended up driving to Inlet public access beach and it was perfect. So much room to spread out. Like others have said, the pots and pans need a refresh. The showers could use a deep clean and fresh caulking. Otherwise we are happy with our stay.
The property is located in a prime location very close to restaurants and shops in a lovely neighborhood. The pool is stunning and also offers a cafe/bar. There is a tram to bring you across the street into another property to get to the beach via a private access. The tram stops running at 5:30pm so if you want to visit the beach in the evening you have to walk across the street or drive to a separate public access. We never used this property's beach access bc it was so incredibly crowded. They have a small strip of beach for both properties to use.
We loved our stay at Seacrest Beach! The house was perfect for our family. The location was great. Everything was very easy to get to. The only downside was how early everything closed, as far as restaurants go. Other than that, it was a perfect week at the beach!
We were completely pleased and comfortable in this beautiful home. The furniture and decor are both charming and comfortable. The hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous- would love them in my own home. The bedrooms are perfectly situated with lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. The location is close to both the pool and the beach. We walked to the beach and never even needed to take the tram, although trams did pass by regularly. We will definitely book Family Ties again. The only drawback was that gorgeous resort pool was absolutely freezing this week and no one could tolerate it more than a few minutes. Hopefully the HOA can figure out why it was so cold. The gulf water was comfortable and all the vacationers were swimming there because it felt so much warmer than the pool. We’ve been to Seacrest several times and this is the first time we’ve had this problem with the pool. The pool was completely empty, with just a few sunbathers.

Needs deep cleaning
The house needs to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms were dirty. I had to call the property manager and asked for two new shower liners and to have the tub plunged because water kept backing up in it. One sink downstairs was holding water and the shower had pink crud in it. The bedroom on the main floor stays hot. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Then lastly , let’s not forget the construction next-door and across the street with men throwing lumber and playing Mexican music all day.
We have stayed at different properties around 30A, but this was our first time in Seacrest. We liked the location of the house and it was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 7 teens/young adults. The kitchen has good utensils, but no spices. Management was attentive to any needs. Make sure you reserve beach chairs early as they sell out!
The construction next door should not be allowed to start until at least 8am. This is a common practice in most neighborhoods. I would also recommend a fan for the front porch to help with insects.
We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood.
Loved the house, loved the community. The beach is beautiful but hard to get to. Also the chair rental guys that took over the whole beach kinda ruined it. There was no where for us to put our own chairs and towels. We were forced to rent their chairs for $70 per day. We wound up driving to a less crowded beach after day 1 because they literally used every foot of the seacrest beach for their chairs and wouldn’t let us set up between, infront of or behind their chairs.
The house was clean and ready for us on time. There were bowls, measuring cups, good amount of that kind of stuff. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels for my crew of 12 (only for inside use of course). Just a great open comfy feel to this house. Felt like home.
