Banyan Tree Unit #202 is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. ***Please note that there is Security Surveillance Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.***

Great stay!

Everything was as advertised. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub after the day at the beach. Waking up to watch the surfers was fun. The sunsets were beautiful!

Paradise

What a gorgeous place with magnificent ocean views.The beds were wonderful, beautiful artwork, and comfortable furniture. Since we are older, the elevator was a pleasant experience. Sitting on the lanai while watching the surfers, turtles, fish, spinner dolphins, and whales was a daily routine ….simply paradise!!!

Prime Location!!!

Literally just steps from the ocean! The lanai overlooks the ocean, and it was fun watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets! The condo was very clean, and our host was very kind, giving clear instructions. Very happy we chose this condo based upon it’s location!!!

Wonderful Ocean View

This two bedroom is a great place to have as a base for exploring the Big Island. From morning coffee to evening sunsets the oceanfront location was endlessly beautiful. Condo comes fully equipped with beach gear, kitchen equipment ,and a good location In Kailua. Enjoyed the artwork as well!

Great vacation

The property is nice and accurately described. The location is ideal for being on the ocean. The only downside of the stay was lack of a working AC unit. However, our host Dana, was very responsive and quickly contacted an AC technician.

Beautiful oceanfront on the Kona coast

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the Kona beaches and downtown. We loved sitting on the lanai with our coffee in the morning watching the surfers and the occasional cruise ship arriving. The host is very responsive. Thank you Dana for everything

Perfect location

This property was perfect for us. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the surfers hit the waves and evenings watching the sunset. A few miles out of the downtown Kona area making it quiet and peaceful. The property was clean with adequate garage parking. We will be back!

Big Island Vacation

This property was great. It was just as described and shown in the photos. My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to Hawaii (Big Island). The property was right on the water where we had spectacular views to include daily surfers, crashing waves, and beautiful sunsets. We had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. This was definitely a great "home base" as we explored the Big Island during our 10-day trip. The communication with the owner was flawless. We received all the information we needed concerning the property in a timely manner and had no need to contact her with any concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip/stay in the Kona area.

Fabulous Location and Beautiful View

We absolutely loved our stay here, we were in town for the Ironman and it was the perfect location away from the more crowded downtown Kona area, but also just a short drive away. The view from the lanai was beautiful, we spent several hours out there every day watching the waves, surfers, sunrises and sunsets. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed as we ate out several times but also cooked as well. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kona.

Great place to stay

We had a great week in Kona at this property. Great communication/instructions on check in process. Condo is close to everything & has covered parking. Beautiful views out all the windows. Our favorite pastime became watching the surfers/boogey boarders. Gorgeous sunsets! Everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Having a washer/dryer was also great. Thanks Dana-we will definitely stay again if we get back to Kona.

Two weeks of bliss

My wife and I spent two weeks watching the ocean and the surf borders from our unit. It was wonderful. Have been to the big island many times but never this close to the water. Would stay there again.

Fabulous condo overlooking the ocean!

My sweetie and I could not believe the view of the ocean. Incredible! Each morning we would have breakfast on the lanai, and watch the surfers if there were waves worthy of their time. We brought binoculars and spotted dolphin a couple of times, and whales! Great location! Da Poke Shack is a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient, just south of Kona downtown.

Wonderful condo

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was easy. Our 2 children enjoyed having their own beds and watching the fish in the water from the Lanai. We loved watching the sunrise on the Lanai too. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and lunch cooler for use which made beach days a blast! We found the beds comfortable and the breeze from the front door helped keep the temperature perfect for us. It was very clean and perfect for our family :-) Mahalo!

Well-managed condo building, delightful-in-all-ways condo unit. Our favorite activity is to sit on the lanai and watch the surfers right below, but when we got down to the perfect pool/hot tub at the ocean's edge, it was entirely comfortable and fun.

Perfect spot for our family

This condo was well stocked, super clean and just what we were after for our family trip. Being right on the ocean was incredible, being able to watch super talented surfers all day and sunsets in the evening. The complex is quiet, clean, and only about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There’s also a super convenient cash only convenience store across the street and a few restaurants and and open air market all within a short walk or drive. We’d love to stay here again at some point.

Paradise View, relaxing atmosphere and one

would think the owner was your next door neighbor. Quick response before and during our stay. Our small family enjoyed the two baths. and found beds to be comfortable. Kitchen was great for morning coffee and night refreshments. We dined out daily but kitchen would be great for cooking meals. The evening sunsets and morning views reminded us, how blessed we are.

You couldn’t get any closer to the ocean!

Amazing view! Entire “front” of unit is windows. Being able to open areas between the master bedroom and living area made the space to feel very roomy. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Need a new coffee maker and blender. Loved the sunsets. Great location!

Absolutely AMAZING View and beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful - the best view EVER!!! And Dana the host is the most amazing host! We always book VRBO and Dana by far has been our favorite. You can't go wrong with this condo! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, plenty of room for a family of four! Perfectly clean! Just all around amazing! We will definitely look to book here again on our next visit to Kona! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Spectacular view

First time to the big island and we could not have picked a better spot!! Condo is well appointed with everything you need. The view will not disappoint……I promise. Could not be closer to the ocean. Condo complex is close to everything. Renting a car is a must though!! Lots to see on this beautiful island. We will definitely book with Dana again!! We had a fantastic time.
