This beautiful beach house with endless ocean views, huge open lawn with a 1 block walk to Montauk's spectacular ocean beaches is the perfect summer get-away for the family. Our home comes fully stocked w/ all the kitchen supplies, flat and serve ware, bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and comforts you require.

The accommodations allow for 6-8 people in total to sleep comfortably each night.
The house sits atop a hill that allows for constant breezes and endless views. New renovations provide Central Air Conditioning in all bedrooms, new hardwood floors, fully renovated bathrooms and a wall of windows in the Main bedroom. the Main bedroom, 2nd bedroom, all bathrooms, the deck, the yard and lower level all provide ocean views and the sound of the ocean break is the best way to start and end each day.
The inside dining area can sit 6-8 comfortably, w/ additional seating at the kitchen bar. The outside deck offers a BBQ and comfortable seating for 8 to eat, along w/ 4 chaise lounges in the yard. The private upstairs deck, off the main bedroom, will be the place you will never want to leave, with views as far as the weather will permit.
Laundry on the main floor, open kitchen, sitting room and a tastefully designed living room to relax at night complete this total vacation package~
