House comfortable, well equipped, shared second home in the center of a fenced and planted with multiple parking. A terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the sun and the joys of lunches, outdoor, at the feet of beautiful mimosas that you bring a soft shadow all day long. Located in a very quiet street near the center, you can pick up your croissants or do all your shopping on foot or by bike. This house is equipped with electric heating + fireplace fireplace closed in the living room (wood provided but electricity not included in low season). Bikes (6 old) are available for free for short walks.

Très bon séjour à la Cotinière

Maison très confortable, très bien équipée, avec un joli jardin. La véranda est un plus permettant de prendre les repas à l'abri du vent. L'emplacement est à 2 pas des commerces, et l'accès aux pistes cyclables se fait très facilement. Très bon accueil de Joël, les échanges ont été très sympathiques Merci ! Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Maison conforme à nos attentes

Bon séjour qui nous a permis de changer d’air - merci au vent - et de retrouver Oléron que nous aimons tant à mi-saison. La location est spacieuse, propre et les propriétaires accueillants. Grand jardin bien clos et entretenu. A refaire.

Très très bien. Agréable

Location au top. Propriétaire au top. Aucuns points négatifs. Il y a tout sur place dans la location. Plus besoin de voiture sur place. On peut tous faire à pieds. Mer, magasins et restaurants. Nous recommandons. A l année prochaine...

Localisation parfaite, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, sécurisée pour les enfants et les chiens. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires. Nous sommes tous très satisfait de notre séjour !!!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in diesem sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus, welches ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah am Zentrum ist. Auch der Stand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir genossen sowohl die Terrasse, die von einem großen Feigenbaum, an dessen leckeren Früchte wir uns bedienen durften, angenehm beschattet wurde als auch den Wintergarten, als die Abende etwas kühler wurden. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden gehe wiederkommen.

Maison très agréable et conforme au descriptif

C'est une propriété agréable et de plus idéale pour les vacanciers voyageant avec des animaux . En effet, le jardin bien entretenu est parfaitement clôturé . On peut facilement aller au port de la Cotinière à pied, pour le reste, il faut un moyen de locomotion , voiture ou vélo ; Le propriétaire de la maison met à disposition des vélos .

maison de vacances pratique surtout avec enfants

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment en famille Le jardin clos est un plus et nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier. la proximité du centre ville et des plages nous a également plu. (manquait juste la WIFI...) location à recommander

Octobre à Oléron.

Bon emplacement: La Cotinière à pied,et Saint Pierre tout proche .(jolies terrasses de cafés) Maison confortable et bien équipée. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable.

Excellent emplacement

Séjour très agréable à la Cotinière. Joël nous a parfaitement accueillis. La communication est très facile. Le jardin sécurisé est très bien pour les enfants. L’emplacement à 5 minutes à pied du centre de la Cotinière et de la plage est le vrai plus de cette location. Merci Joël

Très bon emplacement pour cette maison fonctionelle

Très bon séjour en famille (5 personnes comprenant de grands enfants) dans cette maison proche du port et du centre de La Cotinière. Les commerces, restaurants et port sont accessibles à pieds. La déco de la maison est en effet un peu, vieillotte ou dans son jus comme déjà souligné par des précédents commentaires. Cependant elle est très bien équipée. A Toussaint, la cheminée opérationnelle a été un vrai réconfort pour rendre le séjour convivial. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Des vélos certes anciens, sont à disposition. C'est très appréciable. Une véranda très spacieuse et lumineuse était parfaite pour les repas de midi. Le propriétaire est accessible et accueillant.

Agréable

Séjour agréable. La maison est vieillotte mais c'est pas dérangeant, elle est fonctionnelle. La véranda et l'extérieur sont très bien. Le terrain est bien clos, idéal pour les enfants. 10 minutes à pied des commerces et de la mer non surveillée où il y a des rochers et des algues donc pas la meilleure plage pour se baigner. Les vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis.

Super Lage

Mehr als genug Platz für 5 Personen. Ausstattung gut wenn auch etwas veraltet, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt Leider hatten wir das Gefühl, Küche und WC reinigen zu müssen. Im Endeffekt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Können Unterkunft weiterempfehlen
