About this property

Villa in Bellagio

Villa with pool and large garden, just 1 minute walk from the lake and Villa Melzi. The house has for each bedroom its own bathroom with shower and toilets (floors 1 and 2). Inside the villa (floor level -1), lives my collaborator Sumedha, who takes care of the house, garden and can prepare breakfast/dinner on request, he will always be available for anything.

Truly a 10/10!!
Gorgeous location in Bellagio, walking distance to everywhere (restaurants, beaches, ferry, shops). Sumedha the caretakerwas a incredibly helpful and an excellent cook. As a Vrbo property manager myself I absolutely recommend this great villa!

Amazing location in Bellagio!
Our stay at this property in Bellagio was spectacular! Our group had four couples and we were drawn to this property because each couple could have their own room and bathroom. The villa was so nice, and the pool was a great amenity. The property manager, Sumedha, was so kind and made us a delish breakfast the mornings of our stay. This property is also at a great location. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous Property
The villa is in the perfect location in Bellagio. Walking distance to shopping, beaches, and the ferry. Sumedha was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. The Villa slept 8 people very comfortably and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The family and I were very hesitate about staying onsite with a host, have never done it before, but Sumedha was such a blessing. Super helpful and made the experience such a breeze! To top it off we had the luxury of having a beautiful spread for dinner (highly recommend). Overall location was PERFECT walking distance to local Bellagio shops and we truly can’t wait to come back! If you plan to visit during fall/winter the pool is unfortunately not heated but we still took a cold dip!

Wonderful villa in Bellagio
Our small group of 4 adults found this villa incredibly spacious and very well equipped including good air conditioning on a very hot week. The villa is clean, grounds lush, and the pool is large and and relaxing. Adding to the property’s appeal is the very kind house attendant who is an excellent cook and will provide breakfast at a very modest fee and who can also arrange to make an amazing meal. The villa is also in an outstanding location. We recommend this villa, no question.

This property was wonderful!!! A little oasis in Bellagio…highly recommend! Peaceful and Sumedha (the house manager) was wonderful! He prepared breakfast in the garden for us one morning. We were very pleased with our stay!!

A magical stay in Bellagio enhanced by the authentic and spacious accommodation. A fantastic villa for a larger group of two families. Excellent proximity to the town and other amenities. Very welcoming and responsive host. This was one of of most memorable places to stay in our month long Italian holiday.

Bellagio excellent caretaker and property
Lovely large villa, easy walk into Bellagio, private pool and garden, modern baths and lovely covered dining veranda. The caretaker, Sumedha, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable...he is also a fine chef and we woke to hot breakfasts and enjoyed delightful custom dinners as special treats!

My family and friends (group of 7) joined me on a birthday trip to Italy. Davide’s villa was perfect in every way! It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location close to everything you will need/want. Sumedha was incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in Bellagio. The caretaker was very helpful and cooked us dinner one night and breakfasts in the morning. The house was nice but wish it had more of a view. It is in a good location but you must walk down a very busy and narrow street to get into town. Be warned when busses are coming by- you have to flatten yourself against the wall! Each bedroom had its own bathroom so it was good for traveling with friends.

Plenty of room, lots of internal stairs, we used 3 bedrooms all had ensuite. Top floor bathrooms had small showers difficult to use so used 1st floor. Davide went out of his way to make sure our stay was trouble free, got us a high chair for baby at short notice. A 10 min walk to the square gave us plenty of restaurants & shopping options. The pool was great with fantastic views over the bay

Great family villa in Bellagio
The villa with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a pool was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids aged 6-15. Having Sumedha on site to offer shopping, cooking, and cleaning was well worth it. This is a great place for a family or families looking to have a relaxing time on Lake Como.

Excellent spot, easy walk into town, very clean, very nice on-site property manager
The property manager, Davide, was very easy to work with. Sumedhe, the on-site manager, was courteous, helpful, accommodating, available and an excellent cook! The living area rooms and kitchen and outdoors were incredibly spacious, bedrooms also spacious, bathrooms clean, we could not have been happier. The property was secure and gated so we never felt that anyone would enter the property and premises. As a VRBO property manager myself, I highly recommend this beautiful property!
