This property features two large decks—perfect for cooking out, entertaining, or simply enjoying nature. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Each unit offers three comfortable bedrooms on the upper level, and the North side (larger duplex) includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 16 guests, including dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The bathrooms come with plush towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy streaming and local TV channels for your entertainment. With key-coded doors, you’ll have easy access to the property, ensuring a smooth and convenient stay.

Well kept home with plenty of space. The water gets plenty hot for washing dishes and showering. Each room had clean linens and plenty of pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with tons of speciality items. We cooked a lot and had plenty of utensils and other items. There is enough parking for multiple large vehicles.

The perfect stay for FFA

This house was PERFECT for our group during the FFA convention. It housed all of us comfortably. It’s far enough away from the bustle of city life and the fire pit became a much needed gathering spot after the fighting the crowds at convention. Lisa was welcoming and the communication was there from the very beginning. We will definitely be back for convention and will hopefully stay with Lisa again!

Family Wedding

We were in Indianapolis for a family wedding and decided it made more sense to rent a house rather than be spread over three hotel rooms. I am so happy that we chose this home. We were in and out a lot so we really didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful back yard, but we did enjoy relaxing on the deck between the wedding and reception. I was a little concerned about having only 1 shower and 6 people getting ready for the wedding, but we had no problems. The hot water supply kept up with our constant showering. Everything was very clean and, most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Lisa, for a lovely weekend

Absolutely Amazing

The pictures don’t do it justice. View out the back windows and deck are incredible. The walking trails down the the riverside. Gathering space all just perfect for a family get together or just a peaceful place to stay even if you are working. Propane and charcoal grills. Did I mention the deck??? Best place we have ever stayed. Plenty of rooms and beds - even more than we needed. Kitchen on main side very central to the gathering space and room for extra cars because house is on dead end of road. Kitchen had all extra things needed like condiments foil all the little things you forget to bring. Plus all pots and pans and dishes. No dishwasher so bring paper plates and silverware if you want to spend less time washing. Fireplace and a fire pit out back. I’m not kidding - you will be glad you stayed here. When you turn in l, the house is way back at the very end of the road going back towards river. GPS says you have arrived back up on main road.

Lovely home and great location!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. I rented this for my fiancé’s family to stay in during our wedding weekend. We rented both the north and south units. Both units were very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Check in was so simple and easy, and the owner was readily available to answer any questions we had. The location was absolutely perfect (SO close to broad ripple). I will absolutely rent this again!!!!

Fantastic access to parks and trails

Charming duplex in a great location near Broad Ripple, with easy access to major routes to downtown Indianapolis and points north. The property adjoins parkland on one side, providing both a peaceful setting and immediate access to trails that connect with the Monon Trail for walking and biking. We rented only the smaller side of the duplex during a busy travel season, but the space was still ample for a family of four and a pet to relax indoors and out. The owner is extraordinarily responsive and helpful, and has made the space very homey. Perfect home base for meeting friends and family in Indianapolis.
