Maison proche de la mer à Saint Cyprien

La maison est super. Le propriétaire Mr Claudel est super gentil et à l'écoute des locataires. Gros bémol, la conciergerie qui s'occupe de la maison. En fin de saison, Caroline qui me dit être très fatiguée trouve normal, que tout soit sale. La vaisselle, la table extérieure, la piscine et le volet de protection de la piscine. Elle me dit que c'est normal qu'il soit très sale, puisqu'ils ne le nettoient qu'une fois en début de saison. Vu le prix de la location, se sont des arguments que je ne peux pas entendre. J'ai eu Mr Claudel au téléphone à la fin de mon séjour et je lui ai dit que sa maison n'était pas entretenue surement comme il le faudrait, alors que je pense qu'il paye assez cher pour que tout soit correct pour les locataires. Sinon, connaissant parfaitement Saint Cyprien, la maison est idéalement située.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à la sympathie de l’hôte ! Il était toujours disponible et de très bon conseils ! Le bien est irréprochable , la maison spacieuse , pratique , agréable , où il fait bon vivre. Elle correspond tout à fait aux attentes et la description que l’hôte en fait. La piscine est vraiment un très bon point ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et la ville de st cyprien !

Maison agréable

La maison est conforme à la description calme et au calme cette première semaine de juillet. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine chauffée très agréable et utile avec les enfants, de la terrasse et du coin repas sous l’auvent à l’abri du vent (et il y en a souvent ) des chambres confortables et super calmes avec climatisation car il a fait chaud. Et merci à Daniel d’avoir été à l’écoute chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, bref séjour très agréable avec lits faits à l’arrivée et toutes les serviettes à disposition !

Maison spacieuse bien située

Belle maison spacieuse très bien située à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Très bonne literie, équipement électro-ménager complet et de bonne qualité. Climatisation très appréciée. Equipe de gestion et d'entretien attentive et sympathique. Juste quelques détails manquaient à la perfection que nous attendions à ce prix-là: chauffage et volet de couverture de la piscine hors service (température quand même acceptable grâce au beau temps), et quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants. En conclusion séjour très agréable.

Super vacances en famille

La maison est très bien équipée avec une jolie piscine. L endroit est vraiment agréable et pratique, avec la plage proche et les commerces à côté. L équipe d entretien en milieu de séjour est super efficace . Nous étions 12 adultes et la maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir autant de personnes avec la table en terrasse pour les repas. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Super séjour!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Mr Claudel. Le pavillon est fonctionnel et les lits sont très confortables. Les nouveaux vélos ont été nos meilleurs amis de vacances sur les superbes pistes cyclables de saint Cyprien. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Très belles vacances à Saint-Cyprien

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison fonctionnelle, confortable, propre. Les enfants ont passé de supers moments à jouer dans la piscine et la plage est proche à pied. La literie des lits doubles est excellente. Tout est propice au repos. Les vélos à disposition et les nombreuses pistes cyclables permettent de faire les petites courses du quotidien, d'aller flâner sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les bons pizzas pour le soir de notre arrivée: après la fatigue du trajet, c'est une attention délicate.

excellent séjour

Très agréable villa tout confort : piscine, transat, clim. .. beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est très appréciable à 10. Villa à proximité de la plage: nous y allions à pieds avec notre enfant de 5 ans. Vélos très pratiques pour faire de belles ballades... en conclusion : un sejour superbe avec un accueil tres agreable et des renseignements bien utiles pour connaître la région!

Highly recommended

A lovely villa, very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday including very comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for all of us. The garden was peaceful and the swimming pool was excellent and a perfect temperature. The descriptions on the website were very accurate and everything was exactly as expected including the 8 bicycles which were very much appreciated. The villa was in a quiet residential area very close to the beach and a short distance from the centre of St Cyprien. There were some local shops just around the corner and a very good supermarket a short walk or cycle ride away. We were well placed for exploring the local area using cycle tracks or further afield in the car and we enjoyed visits to Collioure, Elne, and Castelnou. Cyrille was very pleasant and friendly; he replied efficiently to all my emails and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. He was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the area which helped us to start our holiday well. We really appreciated the beds being made up for us on arrival and not having to bring any towels and sheets. The Sunday to Sunday booking was a big advantage too as we were able to get good flights to Perpignan from the UK. We would love to have stayed another week and would definitely go back again.

Adresse à retenir !

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cette maison très bien située. L’accueil fut très chaleureux et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit aux familles. Petit bémol, les vélos mériteraient un petit coup de jeune car ils sont très pratiques pour se déplacer.

Superb villa

Superb villa, perfect for two families. Location great, beach 5 minute walk away with great beach bar. 15 minute stroll to the harbour and large selection of restaurants. Cyrille and Laurence are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The Williams Family, Cheshire.

En un mot : EXTRA.

Superbe séjour dans cette belle maison très confortable. Largement la place pour les 10 personnes que nous étions. Calme tout autour de jour comme de nuit. Piscine, barbecue, vélos,... En fait, pourquoi sortir de la maison. Il y avait tout pour le repos, la joie et la bonne humeur ! Merci pour le service, notamment lors de notre arrivée tardive (!) et pour le ménage lors du départ. Nous serions bien resté encore 1 ou 2 semaines. Mais voilà, le travail nous appellait ! Nous savons aussi que le propriétaire (très à l'écoute) va revoir le parc de vélos. Bien à vous.

Nice and relaxing holidays

We (just the two of us) had a nice time in this house. Enjoyed it very much. Location is perfect, close to the huge beach and just a few minutes to the bakery. Bikes were ok but not the newest ones. Wouldn't plan a 20km tour but for short track perfect. The house was as described on the webpage, no negative surprises. 2 kitchens are really cool to have, wireless network worked perfectly, pool and garden very nice. On our last day we could even enjoy the heating as it turned pretty cool outside. But heating switched on automatically. One of the best things for us was the Olive tree in the garden. Cyrille, who is really a very nice and helpful person, gave ue the permission to collect some Olives. So we bought a bucket and filled it with fresh Olives. He also instructed how to treat them afterwards as you can't enjoy them raw. With his explanation and some help from Google we managed it. Even today (10 months later) we still have some left and enjoy them. Everytime we eat them the memories of a great holiday return. By end of Septemer St. Cyprien is really silent. Almost no tourists left. The beach is empty. Weather was a mix of everything. Sunshine, wind not to say storm, rain, thunder storms. We had everything. And it was great. For people who like fresh fish: have a short bike tour to the harbour at 8 am. Every day fresh fish!! So great and delicious. A real must.

Lovely family villa with brilliant swimming pool

• Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc? • Was the property clean, was it well-maintained? • Did the owner or manager provide good customer service? • Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? • What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike? We had a brilliant holiday in this lovely family villa. There were 5 adults and 5 children and plenty of room for us all. The location was amazing, right next to the beach and we loved our morning cycles to the boulangerie. The property was very clean and well maintained. The garden was great and the pool was a perfect temperature and lovely and clean. The customer service was great and the owners were very helpful. My only comment would be that there should be some more mugs in the property and perhaps some plastic cups and bowls for small children. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This house was built by local craftspeople; we are the first and only owners of this house located in a small complex of 17 houses 300 metres from the beach.

The fine sandy beach is located 300 metres away, and 500 metres away, you will find a number of lagoons where you can play in the water with your children in a very safe area.
Saint-Cyprien has been a Blue Flag beach for over ten years, meaning that the water quality is good all year round.

What makes this property unique

There is a heated pool 300 metres from the beach, and eight bicycles are available to use on the nearby paths.
The house also boasts a private WiFi connection and six large LED TVs in all the adult bedrooms. The garden and pool are maintained every Saturday at no extra charge.
All bed sheets, mattress covers, blankets, two bath towels, and one beach towel, packaged together in plastic wrap are provided by the local dry cleaner's at no extra charge between February 15 and November 30 .. During the rest of the year, they are € 15 per package.
There are two bathrooms with bathtub and three toilets to ensure each guest's privacy.
the possibility to rent from Sunday to Sunday in July and August is orther to facilit your travel by cars..
