INESQUECÍVEL ESTADIA!

Guarapari é nossa velha conhecida, já se vão mais de 30 anos que a frequentamos. Cada vez mais bonita e charmosa, a orla marítima toda estilizada, a padronização dos quiosques, a limpeza das praias, tudo sinal de uma excelente administração. Como único ponto negativo temos a citar o péssimo serviço de telefonia, refletindo diretamente no uso da internet, de péssima qualidade. Para quem quer fugir da rotina normal da maioria dos brasileiros, tudo bem. Mas Guarapari não se posiciona entre cidades que tem essa proposta, pela sua vanguarda, pelo dinamismo, por tudo que canta e encanta. Quanto ao apartamento, só elogios, a começar pela Ana Luiza, sempre atenciosa e fiel à proposta de oferecer o melhor, inclusive no atendimento a eventuais solicitações na solução de pequenos problemas (inevitáveis). O flat lindo, bem montado, duas TVs leds novas, cama confortável, enfim, só elogios e nada a reclamar. Realmente, com gostinho de "quero mais" e desejo de voltar!

Estivemos no feriado de 12 de outubro/2017. Ana Luiza muito simpática e atenciosa. Excelente Flat, tudo igualzinho como na foto. Excelente localização, tudo limpinho e ventilado. Padaria, salão de beleza, supermercado, lojas, shopping, tudo pertinho, não precisamos tirar o carro da garagem, praias bonitas e limpas. Valeu muito a pena, ficamos super satisfeitos. Adoramos o feriado, melhor ainda foi o lugar que ficamos, no caso o Flat da Ana Luiza. Perfeito, maravilhoso, organizado, limpo, completo. Lindo flat, próximo a tudo, farmácia, supermercado, bancos, padaria magnífica, praias, lojas e diversões à noite. Levei meus pais, irmã e namorado, foi um dos melhores feriados que tivemos, justamente pela localização e pelo flat. A Ana Luiza é um amor de pessoa, atenciosa e super cuidadosa. Agradeço muito pela atenção. O preço é muito bom, muito mesmo, pesquisei muito antes de fechar e tenho certeza que iria me arrepender se pagasse mais caro... Excelente!!!

Adorei !!!! Todos os utensílios em perfeito estado, tudo muito limpo. O apartamento é arejado e super confortável. A localizaçõ é ótima, perto de tudo ( banco, mercado, padaria, farmácia etc...). Pretendo retornar o mais breve possível!
