Beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo (Maui Kaanapali Villas unit 412). Available now for last minute March-April bookings during whale season. Light and spacious fourth floor end unit with garden and ocean views. Sleeps four with living room hideabed. Fully equipped kitchen. Ask us about our adjoining hotel room (unit 414) if you need more space for another couple. (Booked separately for additional fee.). Welcome to Maui Kaanapali Villas where you will find an uncrowded stretch of pristine, golden beach, the warm Pacific Ocean, breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai, lush gardens filled with exotic birds and plants, vivid sunsets, and our comfortable vacation accommodation.

Maui Kaanapali Villas is an oceanfront condominium resort located in the world famed Kaanapali Resort area. Enjoy the gorgeous grounds, the newly remodeled swimming pools and the conveniently located Castaway Café.
Walk the sandy beach to Black Rock or snorkel right by the resort. Beach rentals, including snorkeling sets, cabanas and paddle boards are available from the beach shack. Enjoy the walking path along the beach or take the Free Kaanapali Shuttle to nearby shopping and restaurants.
Come prepared to enjoy it all: whale watching, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, eco tours, surfing & snorkeling.

Better than expected

Very spacious! Awsome view of Molokai. Great grounds. Chuck at the Beach Shack equipment rental was the nicest guy with good rates. Will definately come again.

Wonderful return trip to MKV

We love staying at this resort and this was a nice place to call home for our week. Especially enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles for our many days on kaanapali beach. We saw lots of whales this week and enjoyed a whale watching tour (quicksilver) which provided an unforgettable experience. We ate at the on-site castaway restaurant several times. Thanks for everything.

A perfect anniversary getaway!

Thank you Jennifer & Richard for an awesome stay at your place. We enjoyed the thoughtful amenities like the well stocked kitchen, plentiful towels, and beach supplies. The location and ease of transition, just steps to the pool and beach were great. We enjoyed each morning with a jog right out the door to the beach path. The room was very clean, And the views of the ocean were just enough wake up and enjoy our morning coffee in paradise. My favorite part was how bright and cheery the place was when we opened up the large sliding doors to allow the breeze through. We couldn’t have hoped for a better 20th anniversary trip.

Another awesome time at MKV and staying in this room. The room had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were very convenient. The location and beach simply can’t be beat. We plan to be back again.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views! we have stayed at the Villas many times and Maui a lot but this was our first time VRBO and all was good easy to check in all was as expected. the on premise laundry was not working which I wish we had known about as we would have packed differently but found an off site one that was ok. rented a cabana from Chuck at the Beach shack for the week.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Maui and loved the Villas! We were disappointed the laundry facility and workout room wasn’t fully functioning but didn’t mind the air conditioning was out. Our property manager was extremely accommodating and very responsive to our questions. We would recommend Maui Kannapoli Villas especially 412 to anyone.

MKV

Very well appointed apartment. Good for two people as there is only one king bed. Lots of hwy noise on the 4th floor but MKV is a terrific low density resort on the less busy stretch of Kaanapali beach. Great visit.

The villa is a great and friendly place to stay. We were disappointed the ac and laundry was out for the entire villa. Our unit was very nice and roomy but needs some attention.

Great location

Although this property isn’t exactly beach front and the decor is a little dated, it has a beautiful garden and Mountain View’s with slivers of ocean and has lots of space. It’s also an end unit which we loved. The on-site restaurant Castaways is amazing everything we had was fantastic! The pool is a nice size and the beach was great. Thank you for providing a great place for us to enjoy Maui!

Great place to stay!

This was a great condo! We loved that we could walk to the beach from it and that it had two amazing pools. There was a grocery store just down the road and the kitchen was fully stocked with the equipment we needed to make most of our own meals. This saved us quite a bit. It was also nice that there were things like coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs to use in the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was fantastic! Very spacious and clean with an amazing view of Molokai. Jennifer was excellent to communicate with, with quick responses every time. Location of this property can't be beat! On the beach along the beach walk. Beautiful golden sand. Snorkeling and a variety of restaurants a short walk down the beach. Grocery store just a 10 minute drive. Resort pool is scenic and large with a great hot tub. Our kids also loved the shuffle board courts right by the pool. Highly recommend!

Spacious

We enjoyed the property for the big living space, nice kitchen appliances, boogie board and beach chairs available. The property was close to the beach and not too far from Whalers village or other restaurants. The air conditioning unit was out(not the owners fault). It took 3 days to fix and then made a lot of noise. Fans were provided which helped. The front desk people were helpful, and we made use of the daily coffee service in the lobby.

Favorite Beach

What a great place! The resort is on the quiet side of Kaanapali beach, away from the noisy and crowded resorts. Plenty of services on site, including the great little restaurant. Plenty of snorkeling right off the beach, or a short walk to Black Rock for more turtles. Easy access to Whaler's Village and Lahaina, including an inexpensive trolley if you aren't planning on having a car. We love this island and have stayed in a couple of locations, but this is our favorite. Plenty of space and it's so nice to have a kitchen! Will definitely stay here again.

Our parents have always loved Maui since they first visited many years ago. They purchased these units years ago and they have been our family vacation spot for honeymoons, anniversaries, graduations and just plain relaxation!

Maui Kaanapali Villas has a unique, relaxing feel and is much less crowded than other hotels and condo developments. It has beautifully manicured grounds, a perfect beach, new pools, a great restaurant and all the amenities you would ever want.

What makes this property unique

We are on the quiet North side of Black Rock.
(The front desk will collect a daily resort fee of $25 when checking in. This provides you with free parking, Wi-Fi, daily beach towels, Fitness Center and Hawaiian coffee every morning in the Honu room.)
