Another short flight of steps leads to the top floor with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, renovated marble bath and additional seating with desk area.

The two outdoor decks have sun from morning until night and surround a 20'x40' heated pool (with new liner.) Pool: After Labor Day, guests would like to use the pool heated, they will be responsible for the costs associated with the propane. Arrangements to have propane delivered would need to be coordinated at least five days prior to arrival at the property.
The pool is closed from the end of September through Memorial Day.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is open year-round.

Cleaning: Guests may request additional cleaning (daily, weekly) which will be arranged at their expense.

Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. Additional guests without approval will be subject to immediate termination of the duration of the rental period without refund.

Events: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.

Pets: Please note pets are not permitted. If a pet is found on the property, the stay is subject to immediate termination of the rental period without refund.
