We enjoyed our stay. Overall the place was clean but some things were left on the back deck from the previous guests and a couple of dead bugs were in the closet. That was it. Everything else was clean and comfortable!
Everything worked well. Television above my skills.

Wonderful weekend get-away!
This is a cute little home for such a fantastic price! We slept three families with young children very comfortably and were able to easily drive into both Hot Springs and to Magic Springs. There is also the best little restaurant down the road in Jessieville called The Shack! The owners were very helpful and kind, as were the security guards at Hot Springs Village. We had a wonderful weekend to end the summer with a bang!! Thank you!
It was a nice place, quiet, didn't have enough TV it should be one in every bedroom. One ceiling fan didn't work. The central air was set at 76 it should have been 72. Couldn't slide the only screen door. Master bed tub drain slow other than that good place. Yes i would stay again. Thank you

Great stay with Family
We did not actually stay in the 3 bedroom/2 bath accommodation. we stayed in the owners other property right next door. It was the 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed and the bed we slept in was comfortable. Both bedrooms had queen size beds and a king is what we prefer but we made do. The owners were very quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for all of us. They were super nice. We would stay there again. There were 7 of us total so it was a little crowded but we all had a good time.

we stayed here on the last week of June. we were very happy with the location since everything we did was a hr away. make sure u have the owners full name at the front gate when u get there and get a pass for your dashboard. the front gate was a pain when i showed up and gave them my name and didnt have a clue about info. so i had to look up the owner's name and location i was staying. no fault on owner i think the security was rude. but the home is very nice, it gave us room for 3 boys to move around instead of a hotel room with no privacy. we had everything we needed and would stay here again. the owner was very nice to deal with. we cooked, slept in comfortable beds, and enjoyed our vacation and felt very safe staying here.
Liked the size with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Convenient to grocery store, Lake Ouachita and Hot Springs. The stop sign on DeSoto made it safer to cross and easier to get in and out. Small kitchen but had what you needed. WiFi was a little iffy at times. The main problem was it hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to checking in. Beds were clean and made but ceiling fans had a layer of dust and the furniture and floors were dusty and dirty. Dining room light was burned out and a bedroom lamp didn’t work. When I did laundry found towels left in the dryer!

HSV Stay
Everything was good except the rental was not completely clean and the beds had bed bugs.
Everything went over well without few problems nothing that could have been helped by the owners. The issue was due to past storm owner knew nothing about.
Renting this home was such an easy process...The property manager was very helpful and one call away...Everything was as shown on site! Easy access to Lake Desoto/marina by walking trail...would consider staying here again in the near future...

Reasonable priced but dated
When we arrived at the condo we found trash sitting on the entertainment center. There were dead bugs in the corners of the rooms and there was laundry still in the washing machine that was musty smelling from sitting. The furniture in the living room is very dated and uncomfortable. The sofa sinks in the middle and needs to be replaced. The two chairs are not much better. When you sit in them you sink and if you lean back you think they are going to fall over backwards into the windows they sit in front of. The deck was coverd in leaves and branches and did not look like it had been cleaned off this spring at all. My mom spent 20 minutes sweeping it off just so we could sit outside, but wecdid not use the deck much because it is right next to the main road and has lots of car traffic.. Both doors to the deck need a little work and are hard to open. When we went to use the grill outside we found that it was all moldy on the inside and so we did not use it. The bedrooms were fine and the kitchen had everything you need. The mirror in the dining area was a little hard to get use to, but it did make the space seem bigger. I don't think we will stay here again, but it was an ok place to stay. I know that next time I will look at all of the reviews before booking a place to stay. Had I looked at more of the rewies for this condo I would have seen that others have also mentioned some of the same problems over the past 2 years.

Not as advertised
Although the property managers were very nice and easy to communicate with, the condo was not what I expected at all. It was outdated and very rough around the edges. We didn't have electricity in part of the condo (or wifi) for more than half of our stay. That included two of the three bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedspread in my elderly mother's room had fluid stains of some unknown origin (gack!), so we removed it from the bed completely. In the master, one of curtain rods was literally hanging out of the wall on one side. It gave us shelter and a place to hang our hats, but for the price I definitely wouldn't choose to stay there again. Im sorry, I wish I had better things to say!
Very quiet condo. Had everything I needed. Owners were quick to respond with answers to the few questions I had. Location made it easy to get around Hot Springs Village.
