Comme prévu: 'farniente' en couple !
Installation agréable, appartement lumineux et très propre. Situation géographique très proche de la mer et des commerces, emplacement idéal pour du farniente. Proche de Narbonne (les halls, le marché, les restaurants). Des petits villages : Gruissan, Bages, Peyrac. Un vrai moment de bonheur passé dans ce chalet.

Schöne Zeit in Strandnähe
Wir waren zu zweit 13 Tage in der Wohnung. Sie war gut ausgestattet, die Möbel sind sehr einfach.. Optische Mängel sind da, wie fehlende Fliesen am Eingang. Das Doppelbett ist nur 190x140cm. Der Eigentümer ist nett uns hat uns kurz begrüßt. Sein Sohn hat in der Zeit über uns gewohnt, haben ihn wenig bemerkt.

excellente localisation, calme, plage et commerces à 5 minutes
Dans l'eau , 2 fois par jour, puisque plage toute proche; sinon nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse à l'ombre, et au calmen avec 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans. Tout est accessible à moins de 5 minutes à pied.

excellent séjour windsurf à Gruissan
logement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et idéal pour les windsurfeurs. La terrasse en béton couverte permet de ranger une remorque et de préparer le matériel en étant à l'ombre, le tout à 100m de la plage. A recommander pour les défieurs!!

Das kleine aber feine Appartement ist ideal für Ferien zu zweit. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche und super viel Platz draussen/gedeckt. Grill, Esstisch, Wäscheleine - überdacht und angenehm, wenn es sehr heiss ist. Lage super, 2 Min zu Fuss an den Strand oder zum Bäcker bzw Supermarkt. Vermieter sehr nett, immer gut erreichbar, antwortet stets schnell. Ist sehr ruhig, ausschlafen möglich :-) Schlüsselübergabe einfach & unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

Gite idéalement placé, très proche de la plage. Le + de cette location c'est sa très grande terrasse ombragée ainsi que les commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé une belle semaine ensoleillée.

Kleine feine Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet,- Vermieter sehr nett,- unglaublich schöne Lage
Es war soo schön dort zu sein. Durch den großen überdachten Außenraum, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten um zwei Tische und Grill, usw, hat man seine Zeit eher draußen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt auch Spiele. Der Strand ist ca. 80 m entfernt.

Très bon accueil, logement très bien situé par apport a la plage. Bien équipé. Peinture a rafraîchir pour un petit plus!! Nous avons apprécié les commerces pour le pain et autres. Sommes satisfaits de notre séjour, avec du beau temps!!

Familienurlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (2 & 5 Jahre) für 14 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind klein, was bei 35m² nicht überraschend ist. Die Wohnung war ansonsten wie beschrieben und es war sauber und ordentlich. Geschirr war ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist voll überdacht und daher dauerhaft im Schatten. Anfang September war es ziemlich windig und beim Frühstück und Abendessen brauchte man teilweise ein Jäckchen. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt oben drin. Sie ist nett und man bemerkt sie eigentlich kaum. Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit tollen Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

My 2nd GREAT stay here ! (Excuse the Google Translation!!)
Another great 3 weeks in Chalet LeMieure! Everything clean and tidy as usual. I was here for the Defi Wind Kite & Windsurfing Event but also cycled around the fantastic countryside and even climbed up on to Massif de la Clape where the view is quite amazing. Then its an easy 10km cycle back down. So for water sports, cycling, walking or just lazing on the beach, this is (in the words of Tina Tuner in her famous song)…"Simply the Best"!! I will be back next year for sure! Encore 3 belles semaines au Chalet LeMieure! Tout est propre et rangé comme d'habitude. J'étais ici pour la manifestation Defi Wind de kitesurf et de planche à voile, mais j'ai aussi pédalé autour de la fantastique campagne et j'ai même grimpé sur le Massif de la Clape où la vue est assez incroyable. Ensuite, il est facile de redescendre sur 10 km. Donc, pour les sports nautiques, le vélo, la marche ou le farniente sur la plage, c'est (comme le dit Tina Tuner dans sa célèbre chanson)… «Simplement le meilleur» !! Je serai de retour l'année prochaine à coup sûr!

Vacances génial!
Semaine agréable tout est à disposition au alentour du chalet à pied plage, commerces, petite fête foraine, marché....ayant deux jeunes enfants c'est très appreciable. Propriétaire simple et gentil, bonne accueil. Le chalet est bien conçu et un extérieure très grand. Je recommande vivement.

absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir waren zu zweit 14 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Entfernung vom Strand ca. 50 m, vom Wasser ca. 150 m (ergo breiter Sandstrand). Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, allerdings sind die üblichen südländischen Mängel vorhanden wie z.B. Putz außen etwas abgebröckelt, Scharniere der Fenster außen rostig. Das darf einen nicht stören, denn es war sauber und ordentlich. Nur fehlen Haken im Badezimmer. Geschirr genügend vorhanden, einzig ein Schneidebrett fehlt. Großer Grill ist vorhanden, Wäscheleinen, und der größte Vorteil: Schatten! Die Terrasse ist voll überdacht. Es geht meistens ein wenig Wind, sehr angenehm! Die Mutter des Vermieters lebt oben drin, ist nett und diskret. Das Auto steht ebenfalls im Schatten. Außerdem gibt es einen festen Radständer, wo man die Räder anschließen kann. Super! Sollte in der Anzeige mal erwähnt werden. Für Radfahrer ist die Gegend ideal. Es gibt viele Radwege. Nach Gruissan sind es nur 2 km. 3 Mal pro Woche ist dort ein großer Markt. Ein weiteres interessantes Ziele ist der große afrikanische Tierpark in der Nähe von Sigean, sehr lohnenswert! Also: rundum empfehlenswert!!!
