Muito bom, mas faltam utensílios de cozinha (velhos) e havia um alarme que não nos deixava dormir...

O Sr. Leonidas foi muito educado e simpático. A estrutura da casa é maravilhosa, perto da praia, mas a casa estava extremamente suja, com muitas baratas e formigas. Faltam utensílios de cozinha e os lá existentes estavam em péssimas condições de uso. O alarme da casa ao lado disparava sem parar e incomodou bastante. Tivemos um problema com um aparelho de ar condicionado que foi resolvido quase que instantaneamente.

Passamos, eu e minha família, 04 noites no imóvel. Residência ampla, acomodou muito bem 13 pessoas. Os proprietários são pessoas ótimas, nos atenderam super bem e nos deram apoio sempre quando precisamos. Muito obrigada pela estada!

Ótimo Imóvel!!

Excelente imóvel! Passamos o Carnaval em 6 casais e só temos elogios a fazer. A casa é exatamente como no anúncio e o proprietário, Sr. Leônidas, foi nos receber, extremamente atencioso e cumpre exatamente os termos do contrato. Recebemos o imóvel e a piscina muito limpos! Como no anúncio, encontra-se a 50m da praia!! Certamente retornaremos!

Excelente vacaciones !!

La verdad que fueron unas vacaciones inolvidable. La casa queda a 50metros de la playa más linda de florianopolis. La casa es hermosa ubicada en un barrio muy tranquilo . Todo lo que se muestra en la publicación se encuentra en la casa. Los dueños son extraordinarios poniéndose a las órdenes para que uno necesite. NATUREZA, SOL E SOSSEGO

Estive com minha família de dez pessoas, por quatorze dias no veraneio passado. O imóvel é bem localizado, espaçoso e confortável. O lugar é tranquilo, pois fica numa rua sem saída, o que facilita a vida dos transeuntes, principalmente as crianças. Praia excelente e linda. Proprietário solicito e cumpridor do contrato em todos os itens. Excelente custo-benefício.

Otima casa

Ótima casa , o proprietário nos atendeu muito bem, ficamos satisfeitos com tudo, o imóvel é esse mesmo das fotos, conta com tudo que uma casa de férias precisa. Fica na melhor região da praia dos ingleses. Passamos 10 dias maravilhosos, e estaremos retornando agora em 2014 para mais uns dias de descanso.

O imóvel é muito bom, atendeu todas as nossas expectativas, a localização também, fica na melhor região dessa praia , sem falar no proprietário , Sr. Leônidas que nos acolheu muito bem. Passamos 10 dias maravilhosos em dezembro 2013, e estamos retornando novamente em 2014!!!

Imóvel digno e excelente !

Excelente imóvel, acomodou toda a família, é exatamente como apresenta as fotos, ou até melhor. Tivemos problema com a geladeira, mas nada que não pudéssemos contornar a situação. Espaço para crianças e para meus cachorros (3 pequeno porte), proximidades com o centro e praia. Casa segura. Enfim, voltaremos sempre que possível. Obrigada aos proprietários pelo carinho e receptividade desde o inicio das nossas negociações. Recomendadíssimo !!!!
