Villa Boubou:
One of a few 5***** villas, in a high class residential area, directly to the crystal clear waters of the lagoon with beautiful ocean view.
Within 150-400 yards you find the town of St. François, with supermarkets and lots of small shops. You also find the Marina with many small restaurants and bars and opposite the villa you find the Golf Club of St. François.
Nearby you find a lot of activities like horse riding, fishing, hiking, all kinds of water sport, and parachuting.
The villa is provided with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. 2 King Size beds, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. 1 guest toilet. All bedrooms with Air Condition.

à renouveler sans modération

malgré un souci d'avion et une arrivée retardée, nous avons été accueillis comme des rois!!! Une somptueuse villa, un cadre magnifique digne de la carte postale dans un endroit calme et à proximité de tout commerces. problème d'essence durant le séjour mais nous n'avions même pas besoin de voiture!!! le vélo suffit. Un service digne du grand standing, merci pour cette bonne humeur et disponibilité!!! et pour la boule à thé!!!

Une villa de rêve

Notre séjour a été extraordinaire prés du golfe et face au lagon de st François, la villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pû profiter de tous le matériel à disposition, les 2 canoes, les padles, le pédalo, sur le lagon face à la maison. Accès direct à la plage par notre ponton privé. Une terrasse gigantesque avec tout le matériel de jardin, chaises longues XXL, barbecue au Gaz, etc.. Une superbe piscine et le jacuzzi en prime, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée d’excursion . Enfin la boubou mobile électrique pour 4 personnes, qui nous a permis de circuler autour de st François tout en silence. C’est surprenant. Il ne faut pas hésiter à plusieurs famille, la villa est totalement adaptée pour 4 couples ou moins. Merci de l’accueil de Didier et Nicole, qui vous donne tous les renseignements, et vous explique le fonctionnement de la maison. Merci encore pour ce superbe séjour,

vacanza stupenda

il soggiorno in questa villa e molto confortevole ,sia l'accoglienza dei proprietari che l'assistenza durante il soggirno sono eccellenti. e fornita diottimi elettrodomestici e tutto e fatto per trascorrere unasplendida vacanza molto comodele biciclette. le camere sono spaziose ,pulite e tramquille molto bel arredata ed elegante la villa e ancora piu bella di quello che gia appare nelle foto. la consigliero agli amici.

Un rêve éveillé

La Guadeloupe et cette villa sont incroyables. Au bord d'une plage de rêve, la résidence est super équipée (piscine, jacuzzi, pédalo, vélos équipés de siège bébé...), luxueuse, très propre et entretenue. Au calme derrière un golf, elle est proche des commodités (commerces, restaurants, marché nocturne, embarcadères pour les îles, clubs de plongée, golf...). La Guadeloupe, c'est magique. La diversité des activités est géniale. Nous avons plongé dans des eaux dignes des meilleurs documentaires télé, vu des dauphins et des cachalots, fait de la randonnée dans des forêts tropicales humides, joué les Robinsons sur Marie-Galante, navigué en canoë dans la mangrove, passé une journée en mer avec un pêcheur (avec repas langoustes au barbecue)... Nous alternions chacune de ces journées exceptionnelles par une journée de repos dans la villa où nous profitions du lagon de Saint-François pour se reposer, faire du canoë, du pédalo, du snorkeling. Nous en avons également profité pour faire une initiation au golf et quelques excursions sur les sites avoisinants (pointe des Chateaux, rhumerie Damoiseau, Porte d'Enfer...). Pour info, nous étions 8: 2 jeunes enfants, 4 adultes et 2 seniors. La villa était idéale pour permettre à ceux qui ne pouvaient pas participer à certaines activités de profiter au maximum de leurs vacances. Les enfants étaient méconnaissables pendant ce séjour, ils se sont épanouis au contact permanent de la mer à 29°C et du soleil. Un petit plus: les propriétaires de la Villa Boubou nous ont donné un très bon plan économique pour la location de voitures et nous ont donné l'idée de bons nombres des excursions réalisées. Notre objectif: refaire le même séjour au plus tôt. A recommander absolument.

Magnifique

Villa spacieuse les pieds dans le lagon. Si l'eau du lagon est trop froide, il vous restera la piscine et le jacuzzi! Le golf et la marina offrent un environnement agréable. Pour les amateurs de sensations fortes l'aérodrome et son club de parachutisme sont à 5 mn en vélo.

For 15 years we have put everything we can into accommodating our guests.
We started in 1999 with our bungalows 'Casa Boubou' in Sainte-Anne, then in 2006 with 'Villa Boubou.'
This idea came from the fact that there are very few prestigious and upscale villas in Guadeloupe.
We bought this villa and also manage 5 others in the same gated complex right on the beach.
Nicolle, who has run a travel agency for 7 years, and I, Didier, are always improving the comfort and services these villas have to offer.
Five of our villas in the Jardins du Hamak complex recently received a 5-star rating from the Ministry of Tourism and Atout France.

Why they chose this property

We were concerned with the lack of prestigious and upscale villas, so in 2006 we turned our attention to this opportunity, which had been discovered by our clients and arose due to the closure of a luxury hotel in Saint-François, Guadeloupe.

What makes this property unique

The five villas were given a 5-star rating (the highest level of classification) by the Ministry of Tourism and Atout France.
Every time guests visit, we always love to show them the view of the Saint-François lagoon, which changes colour throughout the day. You can also use the canoes and paddle boats in front of the beach at no extra charge to really enjoy this beautiful body of water.
