Fantastic waterfront condo with amazing views.

Beautiful upstairs unit right on the water. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that we were right on the Embarcadero and could walk to yummy restaurants and fun little shops. It was very comfortable, especially the bed and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location

The property is in a great location with easy access to the harbor area with all the shops and restaurants. This was our first trip to Morro bay and we wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when we return.

Perfect Location

Right on the bay and right in the heart of the Embarcadero. Perfect view, nice place, cinnamon rolls right next door for breakfast. Loved everything about this place and will definitely return.

Amazing Embarcadero views with fireplace

We stayed for couple nights with GF- great location with superb view . Close to Hearst Caste where we spent whole day . Great bedding and beds comfortable. We were able to cook everything. Kitchen well organized . Condo is on second floor and parking was provided . We would rent it again . Great value, too!

Amazing Location with an amazing view

Very clean with with a great location right on the Embarcadero with shops and restaurants out your front door. From the balcony the view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock was breathtaking.

Serious needed down time

Love this place! It is the perfect location for my husband and myself..easy in and out...perfect location. Right in the heart of shopping and dining. The views are perfect!

Looking for a perfect place to stay in Morro Bay? This is it! Great location, very clean, well-appointed and organized. Everything you need is in place and it comes with a parking spot. We strongly recommend it, and would gladly stay here again!

Morro Bay View

We spent four nights at this property and enjoyed our stay. A trip to Hearst Castle was our first excursion. It was an easy trip, an interesting tour, and we topped it off with a nice lunch in Cambria. The condo is on Embarcadero, so easy walks to shops and restaurants. We did what we could to support the local economy. Our favorite area was the nature preserve near the state park south of downtown..my wife had a list of over a dozen species of birds we spotted along with numerous otters. A sunset walk through the preserve gave views of egrets and herons rooting in the trees. We do look forward to returning for another visit.

Excellent Location

Location was excellent with beautiful views of bay and rock. Embarcadero was right outside our condo within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Floor plan of condo very comfortable especially with 2 baths. Living room furniture needs replacement or deep cleaning, barbeque grill and pots and pans need replacement. Otherwise very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot

This was a great rental in a perfect spot so that we could enjoy the view and walk everywhere. My only complaint is the driveway and garage - very tight for parking and maneuvering. Otherwise very clean and lovely place to spend our vacation.

Amazing condo

Very clean bay front condo with absolutely amazing views of the bay and Morro rock. Condo was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils. The king size bed was very comfortable. Condo is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying here again.

Great view & comfortable

Enjoyed watching wildlfife from the condo & great sunsets. Very comfortable and good kitchen setup. Only negative was the very low water flow from all faucets & shower - probably not something the owner has control over.

Relaxation With A View

4 night stay for a couples relaxation getaway. We rarely left the premises. Everything was within walking distance if need be. The awesome view was constant. Seals, otters and luckily a quick view of the young whale across the bay. Ice cream, coffee/cocoa, freshly made cinnamon rolls and baked goods a few steps from the room(s). American/Mexican food walking distance.

Excellent Water Front Stay

Great location, on the Embarcadero. Apartment is perfect for 2 adults, or a small family. Clean, well Lee signed, and everything you need. Communications with leasing company was easy & everything is clearly laid out. Only thing less than ideal is unreliable cable TV, but you are on vacation, so it is not a major issue.

the apt was very comfortable and clean , loved that it had 2 baths! so hubby and I each had our own space, excellent! The management was also excellent , they responded very quickly and took care of any issue. And very polite as well. we dealt often with Vacasa on previous rentals, and they were terrible (Vacasa) compared to this management. We loved the state parks nearby and did many beautiful hikes with wildflowers.also many side trips. the garage was safe and convenient. We did not dine out once!.
