Our one-bedroom oceanfront 10th floor condo has been meticulously renovated and we are proud to offer it to our guests. Our condo is comfortable, clean and modern. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite counters, glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a 39' LED TV. The kitchen is open to the living room which features a table with four chairs, a sofa (queen pull-out) and access to the oceanfront balcony with 4 adirondack chairs. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, a closet, dresser, new 42' TV and new carpet. The beds have fresh new bedding, new mattresses, new pillows, new lighting and modern art. The bathroom has a double granite vanity, shower with tub, new toilet and new tile floors.

There's so much to do at the resort. In addition to the free Wi-Fi, our guests can enjoy the four heated outdoor pools, 3 outside hot tubs, lazy river with tubes, tropical pool area and tiki bar and grill (get the grilled chicken sandwich with coleslaw!), indoor pool, saunas, indoor hot tub, racquetball court, oceanfront breakfast buffet (reopening soon) and more.

Our condo has a Graco pack n play for our guests traveling with small children. We also stocked the kitchen with items we think you might need including tea and spices. We also have board games, books and sand toys. We provide laundry supplies and paper towels, tissues and toilet paper for our guests, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella in the condo.

Please note: If you see my condo advertised on Craigslist, it is fraudulent (we do not advertise there but scammers list our condo sometimes!)

The indoor pool and indoor hot tub are closed for repairs until March 2024.

Outstanding Unit Rental. Fantastic host

Stayed 5 days/4 nights July 21-25 2024. Unit is located in the Barefoot Landing area of North Myrtle Beach. Oceanfront property a stone’s throw away from the ocean. Nice balcony to sit and relax as the unit is on the upper floors of the resort. The host, Sara was a pleasure to deal with. Many texts before our stay to keep us up to date and she even supplied her personal phone number in case any issues arose( none did) The unit is accurately portrayed in the pictures in the unit’s description shown. Upon arrival we found the unit immaculately clean, fully supplied kitchen utensils, towels,etc The beds are very comfortable. We sleep on a sleep number bed at home and had no trouble sleeping in this unit’s bedding. A very much appreciated touch was a box fan in the bedroom! We can’t sleep very well without the noise of a fan running at bedtime. Again, a much appreciated touch Sara The floors are tiled with area rugs. All the furniture was comfortable and in very good shape. There is a smaller flat screen in the living room and a larger tv in the separate bedroom which has a door on it so one can get up before everyone else and no disturb them. Unit is the next to last unit on that floor so we heard no noise from neighboring units The central air unit can turn the unit into an icebox if you like it cold. Bathroom also has double sinks. Shower is powerful. Plenty of towels are supplied (bring your own beach towels though) We will definitely rent from Sara again. 100% happy stay

Room is great, property not so much

The actual room was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed but the actual property was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. It was very disappointing. There were several restaurants and grocery stores that were short car ride away but I just don't think Myrtle Beach was for us.

Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was perfect size and we enjoyed how the beds were sectioned off… adults could get up and enjoy the beautiful views and sunrises over coffee while the sleepyheads slept uninterrupted. Sara was beyond accommodating and super nice! We would love to rent there again! Loved the location! Parking was easy, the tiki bar was fabulous, hot tubs soothing, and pools were heated nicely for our chilly spring stay. Thanks for sharing your space!

Cousins February 2024 Beach Trip

All cousins taking this trip are senior citizens between late 60's to 80 years old. Sarah Cole was very thorough in all upfront details to us and prompt in assistance when needed (i.e. we forgot our printed parking pass). This was very much appreciated! We have enjoyed Beach Cove on more than one occasion and loved the clean renovation. One suggestion would be to have some type of railing to hang onto when needing to step down to kitchen area due to us being senior citizens. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this perfect location.

My husband and I live in Florida with our three kids. We own 5 condos at this same resort in North Myrtle Beach and a cottage at North Beach Resort. My husband is an attorney and he grew up at the beach in Delaware and loves the feel of sand between his toes. I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and rarely got to the beach except for our annual February family vacation to Myrtle Beach. I have such a soft spot for Myrtle Beach and really enjoy sharing my condos with my guests who want a clean, modern vacation spot! We also own #612485, #559776, #452170, #1986577 and #682268.

Why they chose this property

There are three main things that make the resort special. First, the pool area is so tropical with a palm tree grove, a tiki bar and grill, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, a lazy river and lots of places to read, relax, enjoy a drink, unwind, etc... Second, the layout of each condo feels great. It's not a long narrow condo with one room after the next. The open layout allows lots of natural light and allows guests to see the ocean from the bedroom, and the living room and kitchen. The only place you can't view the ocean is from the bathroom. The floor plan feels very comfortable. Lastly, the beach is very wide, even during high tide, and the waves are gentle enough for small children. The water gets very warm, especially in the summer and fall (it often feels like bath water), and the tide pools are a favorite for children. When I'm on the balcony looking out, I might see a few kites, people throwing a football, playing badminton, swimming, splashing, building sandcastles, reading, jogging, shelling, biking, riding a banana boat, enjoying the pools and hot tubs, getting a drink from the tiki bar, eating a cheeseburger from the grill and much more. This is a vibrant and fun place to be. There's even live music during the summer!

What makes this property unique

Some of my happiest childhood memories are in Myrtle Beach playing on the elevators with my sister, running around on the beach (the waves are SO gentle here), playing mini golf and eating at K & W Cafeteria (which isn't quite as good as I remember actually). I have new memories of Myrtle Beach as an adult and have watched my children shriek with enthusiasm on the beach and have watched my husband grow to love the North Myrtle Beach area (he formerly believed only Delaware beaches were awesome). My favorite place in the world is the balcony at the condo. It's the best place to drink a cup of coffee while watching the most stunning sunrises that I've ever seen. The condo also has new mattresses and new furniture so you know it's clean and fresh.
