Imóvel novo, muito bem cuidado e aconchegante, casa completa! Quartos bem equipados, cozinha com todos os acessórios que uma necessita. Sem contar que o condomínio é maravilhoso, bem amplo, e com muita natureza. Área da churrasqueira muito boa, tudo muito bem cuidado! Super indicada!!!!!!!!!!!!!

De maravilhosa só a vista

Casa em péssimo estado de manutenção e limpeza. O quadro de energia estava em curto, não tinha água quente, os utensílios estavam podres, as camas e janelas faziam muito barulho, a tv por assinatura não funcionava. Um verdadeiro pesadelo. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Eramos um grupo de 7 pessoas e passamos o carnaval 2015 nessa casa. Simplesmente incrivel, é realmenre tão bonita quanto parece nas fotos e bem próxima a praia da ferradura. Os proprietários também foram muito receptivos. Definitivamente retornaremos mais vezes.

A experiência em alugar a casa foi excelente. Superou muito as nossas expectativas, pois além da casa ser muito confortável, prática e ter uma vista incrível. Casa excelente. Os responsáveis pela casa também foram extremamente corretos. Foram 3 casais hospedados na casa. Não recomendo 4 casais, pois o último quarto é um escritório. A vista da casa é deslumbrante. Cheguei a duvidar da foto do site, mas quando cheguei, vi que o visual era muito mais bonito do que qualquer foto poderia mostrar. Pretendemos voltar com certeza! Melhor casa de búzios!! Saudações!

Ficamos 3 dias nesta casa. Ela é realmente muito aconchegante, possui tudo o que vc precisa para curtir sua viagem sem problemas. Tudo funcionamdo perfeitamente. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Sempre tem alguem no condomínio, e a privacidade é constante. É realmente uma excelente opção! Recomendo apenas a utilização de automóvel, pois apesar de ser perto da praia, a ladeira certamente será cansativa. Em contra partida, tem uma vista incrível! Recomendo e pretendo alugar outras vezes!

Aluguei a casa no carnaval 2011, execelente casa, facil negociação, proxima ao centro e praias de buzios... toda infraestrutura e conforto.
