Ptown

Had a wonderful vacation & stay in Ptown! The place we stayed was conveniently located and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and attractions. Quintessential Cape Cod Cottage was excellent!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. The cottage has so many details that were so well thought out that made our stay so comfortable. Great location close to town but far enough away to be quiet at night. Parking space was also easy to get in and out. Can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous Little place with all the comfort needed

We stayed early April for our anniversary. As expected crowds were minimal and I can understand why Sean's place gets such good reviews. Its clean and neat, close to Commercial St. and has just about everything one could ask for. Kitchen is very well outfitted for cooking on your own, especially helpful during a Pandemic (even sharp knives. which is not always the case :-) The little Patio on the side got plenty of sun (I imagine even more as one gets later into the season). We were not sure if the road would be busy and noisy but not the case at all (at least at this time of year). Had a little trouble with TV and Sean responded almost instantly. Overall we had a great time and would come back again in a second. Tom

Adorable get away in Ptown

Would defiantly book again

This cottage was the perfect choice for our trip! Its furnished with all high quality materials and the design rustic yet contemporary. I absolutely loved cooking in the kitchen and was impressed with the quality of and selection of kitchenware and spices. If you're the type of person that like to cook on vacation, this place has everything you need! The owner, Sean, was extremely accommodating; allowing an early check in, providing bikes, and responding quickly to our questions via email. Unfortunately the weather wasn't to great for most of our trip but the location of the cottage to Commercial Street made it easy to find things to do during the worst of the weather. I will defiantly book again if I ever make it back to Provincetown!

Great location

This cottage is perfectly located, just a three minute walk to Commercial street. It's immaculate, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The cottage itself is small but charming, with a variety of lighting options on dimmer switches, and a beautiful bathroom. We never met the owners but Sean responded to my emails promptly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Another wonderful week in Ptown!

My partner and I returned to Sean & Jeff's wonderful, charming cottage for the 2nd year in a row for the week of July 4, and were so thrilled yet again with our stay. Sean & Jeff were extremely responsive to all questions and helped make us feel like we were in our very own home. The cottage was perfectly clean and well-equipped with every amenity you would need and more. The location could not be better just up the street from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street but without the noise. The cottage is extremely quiet. We could not recommend this place more for the perfect place to stay in Ptown and hope to return for our next visit to Ptown!

Second Time Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this delightful little cottage in Province Town. It is convenient to the downtown area. The cottage is like stepping into a set designed by HGTV...all high end everything...from appliances to bedding. Love it and will definitely be back.

Wonderful

Just got home from a long weekend stay at this lovely cottage. As others have said, it was immaculate - even the kitchen sink sponge was brand new, still in its plastic wrapper. That's attention to detail. It is very tastefully decorated & feels like a much larger space than it actually is. Full kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location. We had a concern about noise on Bradford, a busy street, but that turned out not to be an issue at all. The bedroom in the back is very quiet. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We liked it so much that we booked a week next summer even before we left P-town.

Provincetown Perfection!

Had the absolute best time at Sean's cottage. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with every amenity you would ever need. The location is perfect and private, just a stone's throw from the center of town closer to the East End (just up from Wired Puppy coffee shop). Sean was a delight and extremely responsive. Hope to come back again next year!
