Wonderful vacation

Great property with a great location. The couch is old and uncomfortable but Kathy is very attentive to any needs when asked. Definitely coming back.

Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house, it was comfortable and cozy at the same time. The bedrooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. Location was great! We would definitely choose to rent the property again on our next visit to the Villages.

Excellent Home in Great Location

Great Rental

The property is excellent for a couple and friends. It's location is great. Walking distance to pools, short rides to shopping and to Lake Sumter Landing. Electric golf cart is not a good as a gas cart Would have been.

Best rental house in the Villages

We have rented several different houses in the Villages over the years and this is by far the best. Kathy the owner was easily accessible for any questions we had and was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need including golf cart and barbecue pit.

Host was crazy and overbearing

House was decent but had a foul odor and roaches and the host wouldn’t mind her own business and even entered the home without permission and cut off cable on us after the first night we were there on a two week stay so beware host is unstable and won’t give you any privacy

Relaxing time

Property was very inviting when you entered the home and clean. Had everything you could need. Bought very little supplies. The three Town Squares are all close by and accessible with the golf cart. Neighborhood is very quiet.

perfect rental

This house was perfect. Very, quiet and clean neighborhood very close to the adult only and family pools. The surrounding area has every store and restaurant needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and had really nice linens on them. There was lots of storage space and the home really had everything you could need including plenty of hangers, cleaning products, games, local info, etc. We would have liked to have a crock pot but we were here for 4 months so most guests won't even need one. The screened lanai was wonderful (we always tried to save any frogs or lizards that got stuck ). We didn't realize the third bedroom did not have a closet until we checked in, but in the big picture not a big deal since there was a dresser in that room. Kathy was a great host. Whenever there were small needs, she was right on it. Always available and easy to contact. We would absolutely rent here again if ever needed.

We visited The Villages for the first time in 2013, and knew this was the place for us. There is no other community in the country with so much to offer, and with a prime central location.

Why they chose this property

This home is walking distance to the family pool (for all ages), the adult pool (for friends and adult family members) and, rec centers, A short drive to Sumter Landing Landing town center, Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly, helpful neighbors, too!!

What makes this property unique

Free golf is only the beginning of the activities found in The Villages. Enjoy line-dancing lessons, tennis, table tennis, bridge, pinochle and mah-johgg. fitness classes, pilates and yoga of all levels, fishing, canoeing and kayak clubs, and so much more! (Pick up a copy of the current week's events at any rec center.) Enjoy shopping, movie theaters, live performances, over 60 restaurants, and free nightly entertainment and dancing at nearby Lake Sumter Landing, or Spanish Springs or Brownwood Town Centers. So much fun at no extra cost!! Do as much or as little as you like!.
