This first-floor vacation condominium located in Arrowhead Village is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located near the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. The ski slopes are less than 300 yards from your door for quick access to the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. You`re also approximately 3 chip-shots away from the beautiful golf course, Country Club of the Rockies. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, you`re family or small group can find affordable accommodations with Rent Vail to enjoy your vacation in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead Village.

Take some time to enjoy your small patio, gas grill, outdoor community Jacuzzi pools and large heated swimming pool. This tastefully appointed vacation rental is perfect for couples and families, and is brightly furnished and very cozy. The master bedroom has a King bed and TV, and jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. A washer/dryer comes with your unit, and you may leave your vehicle in the secure, underground heated parking.

Aspenwood Lodge in Edwards, Colorado is located inside Arrowhead Village at the base of Arrowhead Mountain, and very close to Country Club of the Rockies. Arrowhead is the western-most village of the Beaver Creek Village-to-Village ski experience that connects Arrowhead Mountain to Beaver Creek Resort through Bachelor Gulch. You can ski from Arrowhead Village to Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek, and return by end-of-day. Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing swim in the heated outdoor lap pool, or relax in one of the Jacuzzis. The pool is open all year and there is pool side restaurant service in the summer. Getting hungry? Looking for a convenient restaurant close by? Checkout Vista Restaurant inside the Country Club of the Rockies, or the Broken Arrow at the bottom of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift in Arrowhead Village.

When you arrive, leave your car in our secured, heated, underground parking area and never drive again until you leave. There is a free shuttle to and from Beaver Creek Village.

Great Location

The condo had everything needed and more. Very nice property. The parking garage is very convenient. A nice addition would be extending pool and hot tub hours later. Also, there is no restaurant nor bar service in the summer.

The condo was perfect in every way - fantastic location, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make ourselves at home - a cozy den for us to spend quiet evenings playing games as a family or watching holiday movies. Particularly grateful for the heated underground parking, which was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book this property again in any season. I always prefer to work directly with property managers rather than booking through Airbnb. My experience booking our Arrowhead condo was no exception. From the start, Rob quickly answered all my questions related to both the property and the area. When our flight home was cancelled and we were stranded at the local airport, Rob went above and beyond, helping us secure an extra night in the area and even going out of his way to try to arrange transportation for us during a snowstorm. I cannot say enough about his kindness during this stressful holiday season. So grateful to have worked with him and will definitely be in touch for future travel bookings!

We had an absolutely wonderful time.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our only disappointment is due to the fact that we won't be able to bring our little dog next year. We felt Milly was a wonderful guest and really loved the snow! Rob and Jeff were easy to get a hold of and took care of any needs we had. Very friendly and professional.

I really like Arrowhead, and I stayed in a different unit in April.

I really like Arrowhead, and I stayed in a different unit in April. I would stay in this condo in the future but I think the owners should consider getting a larger TV and one that can be used to connect to Netflix (with the renter’s account). From the position of the couch, watching the small TV up high over the fireplace is not very comfortable. I ended up watching movies on my laptop. And perhaps the owners would buy more silverware and more pots? It would also be nice to have laundry detergetent available. I am used to rentals having laundry detergent and scouring pads available. I went out and bought them. The unit I stayed in in April had all of these things so I don’t think I am being unreasonable. I was a little frustrated at the lack of response about the pool code. But I have no way of knowing if it was the owner who was slow or the guest team.

Kitchen utensils not very good for someone who cooks. Knife handles brittle and one broke. All were dull. We bring our own knives and pans but then we drive and can do this Dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't work. Not to let this spoil an otherwise nice stay.

We texted this already but the hinges for the master bathroom door need to be tightened. You need to lift the door to close it. Also, the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator is cracked and at times difficult to open. We had a great vacation. Thanks so much! We had issues with the smoke alarm going off, twice. The first time it was because there was grease in the oven that hadn't been cleaned. You sent cleaners the next day and all was good after that. Your team was responsive to texts.

This was our 3rd trip to Beaver Creek and 3rd stay in the Aspenwood complex. This unit was our favorite! Nicely updated,very well equipped and extremely convenient being on the ground floor. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Absolutely love this unit and place! Thank you to the homeowner for sharing their wonderful property with us! We had a great stay at Aspenwood condo. Perfect size , all clean and new . The ski lift from the condo makes it very convenient in avoiding long lines. Would stay there again . 👍🏻

Great stay

Clean and cozy condo in the quieter Arrowhead village part of Beaver Creek. Nice to be away from the busy areas during Covid. Well equipped, comfy bedding and sheets, and very importantly, super clean! Just a two minute walk to the Arrowhead lift. We have stayed in several places in BC and Arrowhead and this unit -especially because we could bring our fur baby- is a great find.

Nearly perfect

Superb location, 90 small steps to the arrowhead lift. Great garage. If you like a pool this one is amazzing and so is the hot tub. Lots of nice families lots of good kids. Excellent King Size mattress in Master; this really important to me since I need a really good bed !! Only one or two minor issues. The door of the twin beds bathroom scrapes the tile floor. And the couch is probably better placed parallel to the TV in living room. Great kitchen super clean, super supplies like towels shampoo etc. We will be back !!!!

Very nice condo. Well equipped and comfortably furnished. Very short walk to the ski lift.

Really liked this location (Arrowhead) for winter and summer vacations. Very comfortable property. A few hunfred feet walk to the Arrowhead ski lift or shuttle to Beaver Creek. Short drive to Edwards or Avon for all the shopping or dining needed.

Nice property that allowed our dog

We enjoyed the week we had at this condo. It had a wonderful location on the first floor. This was very nice since we brought our dog with us and it was very easy to take her right out the back door patio. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare many meals. We liked having the washer and dryer so we didn't have to do a lot of laundry when we got home. Arrowhead is a very nice and quiet location but there isn't much around there to do as there is at Beaver Creek. We liked being able to ski from village to village everyday. This is not a ski in/out (the description states that you need to walk to the lifts and it is a ski in/out) but the walk to the lift was only about 2-3 blocks. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
