We provide beautiful, bright, modern and "white glove clean" accommodations.

No cleaning fee.

100% refundable within specified time frames.

Your own separate entrance ensures complete privacy. No elevators or crowded lobby's to worry about.

Your home is professionally sanitized after each guest using Professional cleaning products and services.

Sanitation and safety is our top priority.

Many of our guests have booked with us and continue to return often as we are one of the only "two bedroom two full bathroom" suites in White Rock. Pretty much critical when sharing the suite with friends and family to have that second full bathroom.

OUR GUEST SUITE:
Our private guest suite, comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (electric range, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils) plus a laundry room (washer, dryer, iron and ironing board).
The Living Area is complete with flat screen TV, DVD, Netflix, high speed wireless internet and your own private telephone. The comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen helps you make yourself at home.
Both bedrooms offer queen size beds with Egyptian cotton linens. The master bedroom has its own private on suite full bathroom. The second bathroom is a full 4 piece bath. Works perfect for families of couples travelling together.

In addition, we offer a relaxing outdoor patio and gas BBQ for the exclusive use of our guests. Parking is on our property and dedicated for our guests.
Every conceivable amenity provided and a short stroll to the beach.
The town bus stop to take you to the beach is located directly in front of your home. .

Great place, EXCELLENT location
David and Anu's place was just as advertised. Very clean and spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen, lots of extra linens, and best of all, just a quick 5-minute walk from the beach! There was also plenty of street parking available right around the corner, but we were there in Feb/Mar so that may change come summer.The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in BC!

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful time! The property was close to the waterfront. The home was beautiful and very spacious. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. I would definitely recommend booking this property. We had very little interaction with the owners because everything was in place.

Lovely Basement Suite
After a mix-up getting the entry code, we got settled in nicely. It was my birthday and our wedding anniversary, so the first night we had a lovely supper at a restaurant recommended by David. It is a great location, a short walk down the hill to Marine Drive, the Beach and the Big White Rock. A more strenuous walk back up the hill. There are a couple deck chairs, where I took a couple of sunset pictures. David & Anu live upstairs but we almost never heard them. It would probably be a very nice place during the summer.

I would highly recommend this rental. The place was clean, roomy, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were kind and had excellent communication. Location: easy to get to/from, safe, quiet, gorgeous view. Cleanliness: one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've stayed in. Unit: exactly as described. No 'selective' photography - rental is exactly as pictured. In fact, it is actually roomier than it appears in the photos. If you're planning a trip to the Vancouver area I would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

A very well organized home, large and spacious. Many restaurants close by although the kitchen has what you need for cooking while you are there. Comfy beds and lots of hot water in the shower. We loved our crafting getaway and are already looking for a date in the Fall to return.

We loved the great location. The unit is very clean, quiet and very well-stocked; beds are comfortable; check-in was easy; hosts are welcoming. White Rock Gem
The place was beautiful. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It had 2 large bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, cooking spices, hot chocolate, etc. It was close to all the main attractions of Vancouver even if you had to take a ferry to Victoria. The owner David was extremely nice. He contacted us to make sure every was okay with the place and to find out if we had any questions. If I ever go to Vancouver again, I will again rent this place in White Rock.

Great stay in a beautiful town near Surrey
We stayed here as a homebase while watching our daughter play in the Ultimate Frisbee Championships in Surrey. White Rock is beautiful and the apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could want. The host was even kind enough to provide us with lawn chairs, a cooler and golf umbrellas at no charge so we didnt have to bring them with us from home on the airplane. We enjoyed our daily walks down to the waterfeont and the pier and our exercise back up the steep hill to the local codfee shop and home. Fantastic stay and we'd return if we are ever in the area again.

An Absolute Gem by the Beach
This property is fantastic! The view of White Rock Beach and the Pacific Ocean is beautiful. There is a direct path right to the White Rock Pier and the Boardwalk. The home is clean and fresh with lovely comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The beds, pillows, sheets and comforters were luxurious. The hosts include all sorts of extras for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
