Very nice apartment completely renovated, comfortable, in a luxury residence in the heart of Menton, close to shops, railway station, bus station, casino, Biovès gardens (citrus exposure during the lemon festival) and 100m beach, LED TV with uSB plug for film dvx, wireless internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. Possibility of a parking surcharge.

Nothing wrong with the flat as such, but...

Several points to note: linen is not provided, as stated, you have to ask for it and it doesn't include any towels, just some unironed bedlinen. Flat would not be suitable for light sleepers: rubbish collection starts at 5am, dog walkers (and their barking pets) till 2am. Aircon is rather noisy so v poor sleep guaranteed. I moved out 3 days ahead of time when air con started leaking water when on, it was just impossible to sleep. Would have been nice to have a standard, not folding bed and a small sofa, larger TV with foreign channels. But then again it's a matter of what you paid for, I suppose. WiFi worked fine, kitchen well stocked. All very clean, it helps to justify 50euro cleaning charge.

Saubere, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit zu erreichen. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde sofort ausgeführt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Menton Apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location within steps of a main street with many cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The sea front and promenade are right there, too. The sofa bed was comfortable but impossible to make as it is in an alcove with no space around it. I had enormous difficulty with the door lock to the apartment. It was impossible to open the door. After six very stressful days the mechanism was changed , but I feel the first week was a waste of my time. The apartment would suit very well for a few days but not for the 28 days I had reserved.

Tout est présent pour passer un agréable séjour entre mer et montagne, centre ville transports commerces, appartement très bien agencé et balcon avec vue sur l'annonciade et le col du berceau, accueil très sympathique

Trés bon appartement

L'appartement est en bon état et bien équipé. Il ne manque de rien. L'appartement est situé à proximité de la plage et pas loin de la zone piétonne du vieux Menton. La proprietaire est très sympathique. Nous avons sejourné à cette location déjà 2 fois. Quand nous retournerons a Menton la prochaine fois, nous connaissons cet bon appartement pour notre prochain séjour.

Pratique studio au centre ville pres de la mer.

La description de la location est precise.Le studio est bien entretenue.Le proprietaire est tres agreable.Nous venons encore e recommandons cette location.Il y a un bon "Bar a huitres" pres a cote, le restaurant " Al Vicoletto",rue Partourneaux 40!!, e toutes les bars de cafe sont a recommander.

petit studio pour retraités ,bien situé dans le centre ville de menton a deux pas de la mer ,boutiques ,restos et casino. voiture n'est pas requise surtout pendant la fête des citrons(inutile) gare SNCF très proche avec trains au 1/2 heure pour Monaco,Nice accès internet serait un plus

je n'y retournerai pas

Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité, évitez cet appartement. Réveil dès 4heures 1/2 le matin, camion poubelles et autres, nettoyage des trottoirs avec un bruit d'enfer, passage trois fois de suite. Les nuits sont courtes. Impossible de regarder la télé , fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la rue. Equipements pour la cuisine au minimum, pas de plat pour le four, faitout etc... le toilette n'est pas séparé de la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de chambre mais un coin restreint avec un lit BZ. La connection wifi n' a pas fonctionnée!!

Ho trovato la descrizione precisa, l'appartamento è conforme a ciò che ho letto sull'annuncio ed il proprietario mi ha dato diverse informazioni con gentilezza e molto garbo. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, è confortevole e luminoso, in una posizione comodissima in quanto vicino al mare e alla zona pedonale. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Ottima posizione, vicina alla spiaggia e al centro

Posizione comodissima sia per la spiaggia (di piccoli sassi arrotondati, galette come dicono i francesi) sia per i negozi di ogni tipo sia per la città vecchia. L'appartamento sembra sistemato di recente e seppure di 30 m2, risulta spazioso e molto luminoso, oltre che pulito. La cucina è grande e ben equipaggiata, il bagno sufficientemente grande, gradevole il balcone. Sarebbe stata preferibile una migliore insonorizzazione della finestra, tuttavia ciò non ha costituito un gran disturbo.Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria che salutiamo e ringraziamo. Nelle vicinanze vi sono bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e gelaterie. I prezzi sui viali a mare e nel centro storico sono piuttosto elevati (in un ristorantino ci hanno fatto pagare 7 euro per una normalissima bottiglia d'acqua minerale), ma basta andare qualche centinaio di metri più verso l'interno per avere prezzi ragionevoli. Volendo c'è anche un McDonald (5 mn a piedi). Parcheggio auto gratuito sotto casa, con un po' di fortuna.

studio à conseiller vivement!

studio trés bien situé ( a quelques pas des commerces et de la mer ) , bien agencé, dans une résidence de bon standing , propriétaires adorables. je recommande ce studio a tous le monde!
