About this property

Unique spacious sea view apartment with rooftop terrace

A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town.
Pets are welcome upon request and we charge a special cleaning fee .

The apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a large fireplace. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, the second a Queen, the third a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All the amenities of a home are provided - cotton linens and towels, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal cooked with fresh fish and vegetables purchased from the local outdoor market. There are also two wonderful bakeries just near Tartini Square.
Wi-Fi and cable TV with English, Slovenian, Italian and German channels are included. Air conditioning units are in the two front bedrooms as well as in the living room. The other two rooms have ceiling fans. The skylights in the living and dining area provide ample sunlight and include shades to filter out the sun when desired. The apartment is in the attic of the building and you must take the steps to the unit. For your convenience, we have a storage unit at the street level where baby strollers and bikes can be stored during your stay safely.

There is covered parking in the public garages just outside the town center. Shuttle service is provided from the parking garage to the town center free of charge and runs every 15 minutes. If you enjoy walking, the walk is lovely and relaxing and one of many walks available in the town of Piran. Parking can be expensive in Piran but there are a couple of options. Please let us know if you'd like to receive information on alternate parking.

great location in beautiful Piran
Lovely apartment with stunning roof top terrace overlooking Piran harbour. Close to lots of restaurants and all the sites of the town, but also right by the drop off point for the carpark shuttle bus. Very responsive and helpful hosts. we had a great time.

Funky, cute property in a great location. Very comfortable for a large group and well equipped. Two great “hang out” spaces, one inside and one outside with incredible views. Piran is a cute town with great food and views. Owners were wonderful to communicate with and check in was incredible easy. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property.

Convenient Location
Located downtown so you can walk everywhere. House is perfect for large groups. Easy check in and check out. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Safe property. Lots of steps which we included as our daily workout. The gem of this property is the top deck. Table, chairs, umbrella, cushions and a grill provided. We spent a lot of time on the top deck.

Best location in Piran
Roman’s house was situated at the entrance to the town of Piran convenient to everything. We checked in via lockbox and found the home to be spotless and the deck overlooking the harbor one of the best we’ve experienced with views out to Italy and the quiet harbor. In November we had weather in the 60’s F but it was nice to build a fire at night in a huge fireplace as shown in the photos with cozy velvet lounge sofas you could sleep on. The skylights bring in lots of daylight sun and he had heaters on a comfortable constant temp. Shower gel in shower/bath. Very private area and very quiet at night, we loved our stay in this perfectly clean apartment in this beautiful town. The deck has a table with chairs and cushions! Outdoor Webber gas grill , nothing more that you would need. Washer machine in kitchen with towel warmer in bath that dries clothes in a few hours! Fabulous!!

Wir hatten als Familie mit Erwachsenen Kindern einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch mit Blick über Piran, aufs Wasser. Toll zum frühstücken, Abendessen und einfach genießen. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die parksituation muss man bedenken, ist aber auch durch die Parkgarage ca. 10 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt, super geregelt und Roman und Kathi haben uns sogar über einen Freund einen Parkplatz etwas außerhalb aber günstiger besorgt. undeinfach gen

Why they chose this property

We discovered this gem on one of our travels and fell in love with Piran - it got under our skin and we couldn't let go. We loved the landscape - vineyards and olive groves sloping down to the sea and dotted with cypress trees and red tiled rooftops. The old charm of Piran pulled at us - the quiet, cobbled streets, the campanele with the archangel Michael on top of the spire, and the Baroque squares mixed with Venetian architecture. We were drawn to the quiet old fishing village where the people were friendly and the local food fresh and delicious.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our apartment mostly because it looks onto the marina and sea - and we saw a lot of potential! It was unlike any other apartment we had seen - it is big and spacious and all on one level. The windows are old portholes from ships and add character and unique views along the coast and to the village. We also loved that fact that it is just before the center of town, so walking down to the beach or to the shops and restaurants is easy.
