Perfect home in the perfect location

This is the absolute perfect home for staying any amount of time in Buzios! The house is immaculate and perfectly positioned right on the beach and just steps away from the town's busiest/most fun street, Rua das Pedras. The property housekeepers, Viktor and Jac are even more lovely, catering to your every need and ensuring that your stay at the home is fun, relaxing, and every bit as perfect as you and your party need it to be throughout your stay. While I was here during the winter offseason (August), I can only imagine just how much more beautiful this home and the surrounding area would be during peak periods. Would 1000% stay here again, I and my fellow guests enjoyed every second of our stay!

Jose Roberto está de parabéns. A casa é deslumbrante. Ainda mais incrível do que nas fotos. Acomodações impecáveis, limpeza perfeita, e o atendimento dos funcionários Ana Paula e Dickson é a cereja do bolo. Dedicados, simpáticos, prestativos. Eu e minha família amamos absolutamente tudo. O acesso a praia é perfeito. A casa fica a poucos passos da rua das pedras. A casa tem muito espaço e acomodações confortáveis. Eu indico sem medo. Fomos em 15 pessoas, sendo um bebê de um ano e todos aproveitamos demais. Paula e Dickson arrumam mesa do café da manhã lindíssima, fazem café, ovo mexido… fomos tratados como rainhas e reis. Tô encantada e já com saudades. Obs: José tira todas as dúvidas em tempo super rápido

Fomos num grupo de 15 pessoas e não poderíamos ter ficados mais satisfeitos! A casa é linda, limpa e super organizada, Ana Paula e o Marido são muito simpáticos e nos trataram super bem durante toda nossa estadia, sempre solícitos em tudo que precisávamos, arrumavam a mesa do café da manhã e limpavam tudo com muita agilidade! José sempre atencioso para nos ajudar a fazer nossa estadia ser a mais tranquila possível. Fizemos uma festa surpresa para minha mãe, e combinado com a localização perfeita (você chega em dois minutos andando até a Rua das Pedras) e a estrutura maravilhosa da casa (a vista é de tirar o fôlego!), nossa experiência foi perfeita! Não vemos a hora de voltar!

A casa é ampla e com uma área externa colada na praia, com piscina e uma sala de refeição com cozinha de apoio aberta muito agradável. E a localização é perfeita pois a Rua das Pedras é "walking distance".

Localização perfeita

A localização do imóvel é perfeita: em frente à praia e ao lado da Rua das Pedras. A casa é espaçosa, permitindo certa privacidade e descanso para os hóspedes, e também a área de lazer é completa, facilitando a interação entre os convidados e totalmente ideal para um dia de churrasco aproveitando a piscina e com o "pé na praia". Aproveito para fazer um agradecimento especial ao caseiro Alexandre e também para o resto da equipe (Luiz Henrique, Genaide, Tereza e Fran). Todos foram fantásticos e com simpatia sempre 100%, tornando nossa estadia muito mais proveitosa, alegre e com as demandas sendo resolvidas sempre muito prontamente.
