1 bedroom, 1 bath gulf front condo on the snow white sands of Panama City Beach. This recently renovated second floor unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, it has pool access and a pull-out sofa that allows the unit to comfortably sleep 4. It is conveniently located on the desirable west end of PCB in the Polynesian Village condo complex which is only a half mile walk to Pier Park Mall which has countless restaurants and activities.

Everything we needed

Great location

Only 300 steps to sit in the surf! Clean, older property with a great host and on site caretaker. This was out first time without a washer/dryer in the unit, and we really missed that (they have them on site in the common area).

Spring Break 2024

We could not have asked for a better condo to spend our Spring Break. Rhonda was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus after driving from Michigan. The condo had everything we needed plus some. (beach chairs, extra linens, comfy bed, nice patio furniture) The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals at home. The beach is gorgeous and not overly crowded even during the peak of spring break. Dusty’s oyster bar across the street has a great happy hour and the best oysters!

PCB 2023

This condo was the perfect size and location for my husband and I. The unit was very nice and offered the perfect view of the ocean. The beach was rarely crowded as opposed to the larger condos beside us that had tons of people. The owners let us know the condo was ready early, which was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful Stay

Very nice place. Had a great time and no complaints. Owner really does a great job communicating with details etc and even notified us that we could check in early since the condo was ready. We couldn’t show up any earlier due to travel time but it sure was a nice gesture. Great experience here and will rent again.

Another lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Rhonda and Tom’s place ‘Fifty Fifty’. This unit is in an excellent location, within walking distance to pier park and steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We love watching the beautiful sunsets. Communication was excellent. Thanks again Rhonda and Tom.

Everything we expected & more! 🤩

The property manager & on site overseer of the property were beyond amazing. The rental was extremely clean, updated, equipped with all kitchen needs, the AC blew snowballs. We were skeptical of the shared coin laundry but it was no issue at all (download the app!) But,, the views were simply breathtaking. The beach access couldn’t have been better and proximity to Pier Park & restaurants were stress free. Overall, A++ We are looking at future dates already!

Great Family location.

Our Family of 4 enjoyed our stay. One kid on the pull out couch and one in a pack in play left us plenty of room in this one bedroom condo. Very close to the beach. Easy parking, comfortable bed, very close to Pier park. We would certainly stay here again.

Great for a small family getaway!

Our family took a small trip to the beach and this was exactly the kind of place we were looking for! Perfect size for our family of 4 and right on the beach. Since it’s not a large condo building, the beach area around this location was not too full or busy, which was great since it is spring break time. What a wonderful location and we’d love to return again!

The listing pictures were accurate but this lovely place exceeded our expectations! The decor was tasteful, the kitchen well stocked and the view off the balcony was absolutely incredible! We loved everything about this place and definitely intend to come back as often as possible.

The BEST all around!

Excellent location in the heart of PCB right on the beach with a phenomenal view! Super clean and nicely decorated. Rhonda was amazing and so quick with communication! This will be the go to spot to stay and will recommend to friends and family! Hope Beach Girl #2 continues to thrive!
