This beautiful newly updated elegant condo will give the perfect touch to your beach vacation. Maravilla is a gated family friendly community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, basket ball goal, and outdoor showers. One of the swimming pools is located beside the clubhouse while the other is located with a view of the beautiful emerald gulf.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's & Kenny D's! Maravilla is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.


Maravilla 3203 is a non-smoking condo that will make you feel right at home! With it's custom cabinets, hardwood floors, and comfortable furniture you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee! This beautiful condo also now comes with two chairs and one umbrella to make your stay even better!

Fall break

The condo is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and close to a couple restaurants. Lots of good walking paths. Condo was not set up with shower wash , or shampoo. Lots of notes in property to remind you not to do things. Guest bath needs updated very dark in bathroom.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was stocked with every practical item you may need during a family beach vacation - the chair and umbrella setup each day was so nice and convenient! We enjoyed the pools, amenities, walked around the property, enjoyed the gym and hot tub! Everyone was so kind and friendly and there were lots of pet owners as well. Overall, great experience and highly recommend! We even had to change our check in and check out dates, and the owners were quick to respond and accommodate our request. Thank you!!

Spring Break 2024

We just finished our week and can’t say enough how beautiful the location is. The condo is very nice with a good view of the ocean. The beach is amazing. The sand is hard to describe and the association beach is right in front of the building. The condo comes with two chairs and umbrella that are available for you when you get out to the beach. Great visit and highly recommend.

Condo was very clean. Pictures do great Justice, although the pictures make it look a bit bigger than it really is. Host wasn’t that great in getting back with me, and we both had problems within the Vrbo app.

Miramar Beach Family Vacation 2023

This property was perfect for our little family. My husband and I had one room and our son and his wife and 2 year old had the room with 2 beds. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunches while we went out for dinner. Balcony with an ocean view was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee.

Nice stay at Maravilla

The condo was nice and the location convenient to beach and pool access. The view of the beach (side view) was nice from the balcony. However, the dryer was very inefficient and the elevator was being repaired and unavailable the whole week we were there. I have arthritis and had to walk the whole length of the facility to use the other elevator. It was really difficult loading and unloading (no carts were available either). It would have really been nice if we were informed prior to arriving about the elevator and offered a more accessible unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla! The property was clean and updated. It was in a great location to the beach. We had no problem getting beach chairs/umbrella each day. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Convenient spacious condo!

Great private beach access right across the street from condos. Clean and well maintained accommodations. Great heated outdoor pool and hot tub made swimming for the kids in the cooler weather attainable. Condo had everything we needed to spend a great week by the ocean!

Good Place For Us

Only disappointment was AC. It stopped working twice. I understand that might happen with units, but it still meant two of our nights were a tad warm. The owner was responsive to our first call and had a repairman out. Ran for two days and then went out again. The repairman replaced a part, but it did not keep the unit from failing the last night of our stay. Great location. Great layout for our visit. Updated decor in most of units. The balcony view was great for a side view of ocean. We also love the private beach and that this community allows dogs. We hope to return in the future.

Great Stay, Great Condo

Anyone with pets knows how hard it is to find nice accommodations that are pet friendly. (We are actually the BEST renters! I've never seen a dog trash a condo!) We hit the jackpot with 3203 at Maravilla! Spacious, clean, set back from the beach a little, but still a nice view of the gulf. Well equipped condo with everything you need. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We loved every second of our stay and plan to be back soon!

Great location and close to beach.

This as a great location for beach time. Love the amenities of the condo rental. The kitchen had a lot of things to cook with. Having a laundry in the unit was another great bonus. Our unit was lacking some necessities such as extra toilet paper, trash bags, oven kits and tissues. I also feel like a check out time of 11 am would be more reasonable then 9am. But overall a great rental.
