Lovely house with even more lovely landlords

We had a lovely time in April for about two weeks as a family (3 adults, 2 children of five and two years). The house is situated in a calm neighbourhood very close to the beach - you really just have to turn two corners on foot to enjoy a perfect view of the sea and put your feet in the sand. You can even hear the waves in a quiet moment in the garden. Landlords Philippe and Odette live in a house right next door, readily available for questions, but never intrusive. They were absolutely charming and great with the kids (they are experienced grand-parents) - our little ones even got to find easter-eggs hidden around the house upon arrival! Such a lovely welcome! Communication was all very uncomplicated, even with our meagre French language skills. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes on foot, as well as a pharmacy, bakery and convenience stores. The beach of Les Sablettes with it's restaurants and a lovely quaint carrousel is also a mere walk of about 15 minutes away. There at the little harbour you can also take the "bus bateau" (ferry) to Toulon, which is much nicer than the bus ride. All in all we had an enchanting stay and can give a wholehearted recommendation!

Perfekte Provence

Sehr hübsches Haus mit Meeresrauschen, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Philippe und Anne waren sehr herzlich und wirklich gute Gastgeber. Was man wissen muss: die Straßen zum Haus sind eng, mit einem Mittelklassekombi aber machbar. Jederzeit sehr gern wieder!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist super gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und WiFi haben tadellos funktioniert. Der Sandstrand in der Nähe ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Der Strand war sauber und für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet, da der Boden im Wasser flach abfallend ist. Der einzige Negativpunkt war, dass es keine Fliegengitter hat und die Mücken beim Lüften reinkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Accueil impeccable

Maison pleine de fraîcheur et décorée avec soin. Et très bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux avec des petites attentions. Destination familiale avec la mer tte proche de la maison et les animations et les commerces à petite distance à pied. Le quartier est très calme et permet d'entendre la mer. Merci à Philippe pour sa disponibilité avant l'arrivée et merci à Anne pour son accueil et sa bienveillance sur place, et ses bons plans. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous vous remercions.

Sehr Schön!

Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben, wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte, unsere großen und kleinen Kinder fanden es dort super. Phillipe haben wir kennengelernt, er ist eine sehr netter Herr. Phillipe und Anne haben das Haus toll eingerichtet - sowohl geschmackvoll als auch gemütlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen!

Super gut

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem schönen großen Garten mit einer wunderbaren Platane in der Mitte. Da alles eingezäunt ist, hervorragend für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Das Umfeld ist nicht touristisch überlagert, was uns sehr gefiel. Wanderungen im Umland auf Küstenwanderwegen sehr schön..

Sehr schönes Haus 100m von einem super Strand entfernt

Sehr zu empfehlen. Zusätzlich zum Strand sind verschiedenste Lokale und die Fähre nach Toulon in Gehdistanz. Schönes Haus an sehr ruhige Lage. Grosser Garten inklusive Autoabstellplatz

Très agréable séjour

La maison est très bien située près de la mer, dans un quartier calme, décorée avec goût et bien équipée. On s'y sent vite chez soi. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et aux petits soins.

Ein Ort gemacht für den Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit ambiente der Provence. Ausreichend Platz für alle Bedürfnisse einer Famillie mit vier Personen. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich so auch die Küche es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermiterin ist sehr angenehm. Der Sandstrand in kürze zu Fuss erreichbar, geschützt duch eine grosse Bucht. Der Einstieg ins Wasser verläuft gemächlich abfallend. Kleine Einkaufsläden mit ganz frischen und feinen Spezialitäten sind in 2-3 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Maison super-equipée et super bien placée qu on recommande fortement!

On a passé un super sejour dans cette maison. On a adoré la maison et le jardin. Elle est a 100 m de la plage, on a meme pu revenir à midi pour la pause-midi. Manger en terrasse, faire la sieste sous la platane, et les enfants peuvent jouer dans le Jardin fermé. Regardez les Photos, et vous allez reserver vos prochaines vacances tout de suite.

Une location idéalement située

Situation idéale à proximité immédiate d'une belle plage , déplacements possibles aux alentours en utilisant exclusivement un forfait bus/bateaubus. Merci aux sympathiques propriétaires qui sont très soucieux du confort des vacanciers et nous ont offert une journée supplémentaire en compensation d'un petit problème d'eau chaude qu'ils avaient très vite résolu

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle et surtout à 1 minute de la plage et ça c'est le top. Le quartier est très calme mais quand même à proximité des commerces on peut tout faire à pied, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine. Avec l'abonnement 1 semaine bus et bateau rien de plus simple et pratique pour circuler en évitant les embouteillages.

Parenthèse magique

Tout est authentique dans la proposition de cette location très appréciable : confort, décors soignés, propreté et charme ( du jardin et de la maison ) sont au rendez-vous. La cerise sur le gâteau : des propriétaires voisins discrètement aux petits soins, disponibles et toujours souriants. Nous avons vécu ce séjour comme les vacances dont nous rêvions toute l'année dans notre enfance : du beau et bon temps sans souci ni stress dans un environnement très calme bien qu' à proximité de commerces, restaurants et autres attractions , plage et mer comprises. Nous espérons vraiment profiter à nouveau de ce petit coin de paradis en 2016 !

Calme et reposant!

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous louons cette charmante maison avec nos deux filles et je dois dire que nous n'avons jamais été déçus tant par l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, la propreté de la maison et le calme régnant dans le quartier. Tout est conçu pour passer de bonnes vacances, la maison est située tout près de la mer, près des commerces et il ne manque rien , tout est très fonctionnel. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute passer des vacances!!

wunderbares Appartement

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Appartement. Es hat alles geboten, was wir benötigt haben (tolle Küche, großer Kühlschrank, superschöne Terrasse). Die Lage ist einfach spitzenklasse - 200m zum Strand, 500m zum Bäcker/Metzger/kleiner Supermarkt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hatte eine gute Ausstattung, eine schöne Einrichtung und einen tollen Garten der auch für unsere kleinen Kinder ideal war. Bäcker, Gemüsehändler und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Der Strand ist nur 2min entfernt. Die Vermieter, Philippe und Odette, sind echte Goldstücke. Sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und einfach angenehme Menschen! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

séjour très reposant

Maison très agréable et propre, proche de la mer et des commerces. Il est possible d'oublier la voiture pendant le séjour. Le quartier est très calme, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prévenants tout en étant très discrets mais disponibles si besoin. Le jardin est clos donc parfait lorsqu'on a des enfants. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Des vacances de rêve dans un cadre idyllique !

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette jolie maison l'été dernier. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire et une décoration chaleureuse et accueillante Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des commerces et de la plage, le calme et le jardin spacieux et clos pour les enfants. De vraies vacances dans la quiétude et la sérénité ! Que du bonheur ! Nous remercions les propriétaires de proposer une maison de cette qualité. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison" et avons hâte d'y revenir l'an prochain ! Merci encore pour votre accueil !

Le petit paradis!

Pour nous , ce fut la meilleur location de vacances depuis très longtemps. Le petit paradis. Idéale quant à sa situation, près de la mer et des commerces de proximité. la maison était certes un peu viellotte mais avec le confort maximum et d'un charme non négligeable. Le jardin est très agréable et nous appréciions surtout la petite terrasse de front où nous mangions pratiquement à chaque repas. Location à recommandé avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Très Bonne Location

La qualité de cette prestation est l'une des toutes meilleures que j'ai eu en location de bord de mer. la proximité de la plage des commerces et des activités touristiques sont des atous fort appreciables. La qualité de l'hebergement est en tout point très agréable. Merci aux proprietaires de mettre à disposition un bien si confortable.
