This two-bedroom, two-bath Bella Sirena condo has been completely remodeled and touts all the creature comforts you would expect from a first-class property.

Professionally decorated the condo has stunning full frontal ocean views from every bedroom and main living room. Enjoy dinner on the deck while feeling the ocean breeze and admiring the Sea of Cortez.

In Bella Sirena the buildings are curved. There are buildings closer to the beach and buildings farther from the beach. This amazing condo is in building A, it it is the closest to the beach, and also in the part of the building where all of the rooms have full frontal view of the ocean rather than an angled view. You do not get that from condos that are on the other side of even the same building. Condos in towers that are farther from the beach also have obstructed views because the buildings closer to the beach may partially block that view.

Bella Serina beauty

Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed.

Family Vacation.

Great spot! The Views from the living room were amazing! Boan, was very helpful and great with communicating with his tenants. From the moment of our arrival he made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation. The entire place was very clean and had everything you need. From beach towels, to cooking utensils.

Great property with an ocean view!

This was a great property with awesome ocean view. We enjoyed having the doors open to hear the waves crashing. We had great communication with the owner. He allowed us to check in early since the unit was ready upon arrival. We had a mishap with the curtain rod coming down as my husband tried to open the door from the Master bedroom to the balcony. The owner got someone right away to fix it within the hour. The place was perfect for my family of 4. It was a great home away from home. We spent a lot of time at the beach but the pool and hot tub were also very close and my boys enjoyed that. We went with a few other families - all staying at Bella Sirena Resort. It was a great vacation for us and we'd definitely stay here again.

April Getaway

The first impression was WOW look at that view!! I don’t know what was updated in the unit but it might have been recently painted. Beds were as hard as rocks and the pillows were like pancakes. It as nice to have the washer and dryer as we spent most of our time using the beautiful amenities.

Provide with everything what needed to enjoy your vacation. Will be nice to upgrade all beach towels and provide with some beach furniture, maybe beach chairs for example.

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Our teens loved the pools, restaurant and beach. The beds were comfortable. The living space and patio were very spacious. The view of the sea from all rooms was amazing to wake up to. The resort is very well taken care of. We had a great quick trip. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Beautiful VIews

Great condo. AC worked great, fans in both rooms and living room, extra pillow and blanket for pull out couch provided. Clean and large kitchen. 2 bags of ice were provided which came in handy for our ice chest beach trips. Beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Patio has amazing views of beach and property. Many pools to use on property. Great staff and bartenders at the pool bar. Easy checkin process. Only issue we had was the guest shower did not drain quickly and filled up while using shower. Spoke to host and they sent someone out right away to remedy issue.

Rooms were clean, towels in place, A/C worked very well! Frig worked well Bed a bit firm form me Complex is very safe It's a little walk to beach. Owner did check in us via text if we needed anything. Very spacious!! Would rent again.

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have been had in Rocky Point.

Bella Sirena is a world class resort. We vacationed in Rocky Point and had such an amazing time we decided to come every year. Its one of the nicest places we've every vacationed in where we have made lifelong memories. You too will make wonderful memories here.
