A 3400 square foot townhome with four master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with panoramic views of the ocean from the front deck and living room and golf course/mountains from the spacious back deck. Completely furnished and tastefully decorated in every room. Open floor plan with neutral colors and comfortable elegance throughout with its many upgrades.

Master bedroom has unparalleled view of the ocean, king sized bed, with attached and amazing bathroom with two shower stall and large Jacuzzi two person tub. It includes a flat screen TV with cable and a desk with access to cable and WiFi internet.

Bonus suite with two queen sized beds and futon with adjoining luxurious bathroom and views of golf course and surrounding mountain range.

Main floor guest room has a queen sized bed and attached full sized elegant bathroom. Access to back deck with view of golf course and surrounding mountain range. Deck has large table with chairs and large BBQ.

Downstairs guest room (the wicker room) has a queen sized bed and is decorated with all wicker furniture, and attached full sized bathroom. Access to the back patio.

A gourmet kitchen equipped with a sub zero refrigerator and Wolf stove flows into the dining area and living room. The living room also boasts a flat screen TV with cable. The living room and dining area sports an unequalled view of the ocean from the tip of the Washington Peninsula to Tillamook Head. A small deck will allow you to view the amazing sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine and a fresh crab cocktail.

Two bikes and many board games are available for your use.

Other items furnished includes cable TV, DVD, high speed cable internet connection and WiFi, CD player, washer-dryer, games, puzzles, cards and much more.

Feels like home

Once again we had a wonderful week in Seaside. It's so nice to arrive to a clean, large house that feels like home. It's so close to the beach you can go multiple times a day. Looking forward to our week we already booked for next year!

'A Dream Come True'

My husband passed away in February of this year from brain cancer. His favorite holiday was the 4th of July and we wanted to honor and celebrate him at our favorite beach in Seaside, Oregon. Wow what a show. We hadn't experienced fireworks at the beach before, it was incredible. This beach house was more than any of us could have expected. The view of the ocean is right outside the living room window as well as the master bedroom. We loved cooking in the well equip kitchen with ocean views. The back of the house has pine trees and green mountain scenery. Gorgeous! 3 Bicycles were available for riding, which was great. They have a deck of cards and challenging jigsaw puzzles. We mastered 3 of them. It's everything you want in a beach house. In the evenings we would have a fire on the beach with classic S'mores. There's just nothing like it. We will definitely be returning next year. This will be our new tradition.

Excellent property!

The view of the beach from this house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. We even got to see a pair of bald eagles that were nearby in a tree.

As Advertised and better

This beach house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, large refrigerator and we appreciated the bathroom in each bedroom. Of course the views from the front bay window are breathtaking and ease to the beach a piece of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the accommodations were perfect for our family getaway, and the townhouse was exceptionally clean. The only drawbacks were the wine frig did not cool down (but perhaps we didn't know how to operate it?), and looking at the power lines from the living room ocean view. But other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and view!

We stayed here with my entire family (range 5-67). The house was in the perfect location with beautiful views. It was fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, bikes and great kitchen. Would recommend bringing fans, as they were not at house and upstairs gets very hot. Lots of extra blankets and towels were available! Tom was great to work with and we hope to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

Beach house was a short walk across the street to the beach!! Close to downtown seaside, but just far enough way beach was never crowded!! Roomy kitchen/dining for family gathering for meals and games, and yet spacious enough for everyone to retire to their own room and bathroom! Would highly recommend!!

Well maintained beautiful home with amazing views. So easy to book. Communication with property manager is excellent - no waiting. The house is very clean and comfortable. This is our second year there and we're already booked for next year!

Can't Beat the View!

My girlfriends and I have stayed here several times and will always come back. We have so much space, a wonderful place to gather together with an amazing view of the ocean right across the street and everything we could ask for in the kitchen. We love being in the cove with just a short drive to the turnaround and still have restaurants a short walk away. We call this home our happy place!

Wonderful place to stay

This was one of the best VRBO properties that we’ve stayed at! In addition to being right on the ocean with an amazing view, it was a beautiful house that had everything we needed for a fun week in Seaside. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us and all the top notch amenities we could need. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with as we set up our trip. We hope to come back soon!

Great place for family Christmas

Love this property. Ideal location to surf & watch the waves. The outdoor hot water faucet is good for washing off & the garage has lots of storage for boards & wetsuits. The kitchen is amazing to make family meals. Lots of room for big families. Each of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom. Easy check in.

Stunning Views & Clean

The views were amazing. The house was perfect. It was one of the cleanest rental homes I have stayed at. The kitchen was perfect and the beds were all very very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. It had the comfort of home. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place, well appointed and classy. It has everything you need in a vacation home and access to a quiet beach, and not far from the excitement and fun of Seaside. We will stay here again!

We love the beach and have always wanted to purchase a beach house. After searching for two or three years, we knew that this was what we wanted when we first walked in. The views are unparalleled and the access to the beach is just across the beach. It is a place to totally relax, watch the waves, and enjoy family and friends.
