Nice, bright and independent apartment located on a one hectare property
"Les Oliviers du petit Saint -Julien" close to the village of Cheval - Blanc in Vaucluse (84).
The property is bordered on both sides by the Saint-Julien canal dating from the 12th century.
It is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park which overlooks the Durance valley.
This well maintained cottage is ideal for spending a quiet holiday in the shade of olive, cherry or other trees on the property.
Also, you will find all the necessary comfort for your stay in a simple and refined decoration privileging practicality and functionality.
Upon your arrival, you will benefit from free private parking within the property, the access to which is closed and secure.
2 room apartment of 50 m² on the ground floor of a Provencal villa.
Each room has an opening to the outside, allowing good ventilation and lots of light.
Inside, a lounge / living room with television, TNT and broadband internet access.
The open kitchen is fully equipped.
A comfortable bedroom awaits you with a double bed
140 x 200;
(65 x 65 pillows) with good quality bedding.
The very bright bathroom is fitted with a shower, as well as a cabinet with double integrated basins.
The toilets are separate.
Outside, a large south-facing terrace in the shade of a pergola with a countryside table and deckchairs.
Access to the various areas of the property: swimming pool, garden, pétanque court ...
The swimming pool is shared, secure and fenced.
It is maintained daily.
A shower and sun loungers are available.
A wooden pergola will provide shade if you wish!
We live on the property, in the family farmhouse.
We will be there to welcome you and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
N.B .: We reserve the right to accept or not and under pricing conditions any additional person during high season periods.
* Free private parking = 1 car. Indeed, for the visual, environmental and safety respect of each one, we ask that the additional vehicles including those of the guests are parked outside (public parking at 50 m).
