The apartment, planned for 4 people, is on the 2nd and last floor in a quiet, sunny and spacious residence, and very comfortable; near downtown and beach. It has an entrance hall with 2 closets, which gives access to the shower room, a double bedroom with window and a large closet, a separate toilet, a living room, including a lounge area with sofa bed, TV, table / chairs, dresser, and an equipped kitchen area; an opening bay window on a sunny terrace, equipped with a blind, where 4 people can take their meals on a garden table, or simply rest on the deckchair. A private parking space is assigned to the apartment, closed and secured by electric gate. ALL PICTURES ON MY SITE:

tourist attraction: 2nd dive site in the Mediterranean is home to no less than 12 wrecks in the bay, Visit the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. To do: the wine route 'coast of Provence'. but also the paradise islands of Hyères (Le Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles). Among the most beautiful villages in France (gassin, grimaud, ramatuelle, St Tropez ...).
For sports: hiking 'in our classified sites', scuba diving, fishing, sailing, jet ski ...

Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a seaside resort full of charm, with its beautiful bay, its 4 km of sandy beaches, in the Var equidistant from Nice and Marseille (120 km), Hyères and Saint Raphael (40 km) and Lavandou and Saint-Tropez (18 km).
it faces the islands of Hyères: Levant, Port Cros and Porquerolles.

Le logement correspondait exactement à la description faite. Accueil chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire. Appartement spacieux, propreté des installations, proximité des plages, du centre ville et d'un supermarché (300m). Excellent séjour.

Perfekte Lage, wir haben nichts vermisst

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Auto stand mit Fahrrädern auf der Anhängerkupplung sicher im Innenhof, der durch ein Automatiktor geschützt ist. Zum Stadtzentrum und den Stränden kommt man gut zu Fuß, so dass wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Ein großer Carrefour-Markt und ein Bio-Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Baden zu empfehlen ist die kleine Bucht von Bonporteau und zum Radfahren sehr schön der Radweg zum Nachbarort Le Rayol.

Location tres bien située ,propre claire, spatieuse identique a l annonce; proprietaire super sympa

Superbe sejour a proximité de tout avec les navettes estivales gratuites qui nous emmènent a différentes plages visite des haut de Cavalaire Marché nocturne , provencaux, nombreuses activités sur la plage du parc gratuite paddle aquagym aquabalade , réveil musculaire. visite de Grimaud et Gassin tres joli village en pierre. Lunaparc, monster truck cascade camion ,superbes balades le long du littoral en partant de la plage de bonporteau en passant par un chemin douanier ,par des criques et menant à une vue panoramique sur la mer juste beau; pas eu le temps de s ennuyer bien occuper genial

Einfach und gut

Wir hatten eine sehr gemütliche und schöne Woche. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und alles was wir brauchten, war dort. Die kleine, aber geräumige Wohnung liegt gut. 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt und zum Markt, ca. 10-12 Minuten braucht man ( mit Kindern) bis zum Strand. Bis zur Bucht von Bonporteau geht man ca. 18 Minuten. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Merci pour l‘accueil chaleureux et cet agréable séjour!

la posizione dell'alloggio è sufficientemente lontana dal trambusto serale del lungo mare, ma a soli 8 minuti a piedi dai negozi e dalla spiaggia. Comodo il parcheggio privato. Pulito e accogliente l'appartamento, spazioso e luminoso, splendidamente attrezzato di stoviglie, elettrodomestici, e kit di sopravvivenza di detersivi, carta igienica, spugne ecc. La padrona di casa è gentile e disponibile. Noi eravamo in 4 più il cane (che abbiamo tenuto sul balcone quando eravamo a casa) e ci siamo trovati bene. Lo consiglio anche per il prezzo.

Après avoir été accueillis chaleureusement par Madame CHIATTELLA nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location propre et fonctionnelle, nombreux rangements, calme tout en étant non loin du centre ville, les pièces sont spacieuses et très claires. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos !!!. Nous y reviendrons.

I do not speak other languages but thanks to google translation it is always possible to understand. I live in the cross valmer located 5 Km, which allows me to be quickly on site.
