Boa opção em economia

A localização é boa, a rua Vanessa manutenção pela prefeitura, esburacada. O imóvel estava ótimo, precisando de algumas manutenções, é principalmente limpeza externa do corredor é quinta, estava com limo das chuvas, que se limpo a cada 15 dias, ficaria com melhor aparência. O proprietário, Sr. Emerson foi atencioso e esclareceu claramente as regras e demais informações. Valor bem acessível para ir em até 8 pessoas, recomendo.

Uau, ficamos sete dias nesta residência muito aconchegante , e não vemos a hora de voltar, desde já gostaria de agradecer a senhora Christiane , o local é perfeito para familias, principalmente se tiver criança pequena , possui rede contra inseto em todas as janelas alem de oferecer todos os utensílios para a estadia , a churrasqueira é perfeita , estacionamento coberto, próximo de cada casa do condomínio tem um chuveirinho para o pós praia ! O condomínio é fechado e o entorno muito tranquilo alem de oferecer toda a infraestrutura (mercado,posto), falando em infra, nos meus dois últimos dias de estadia meu filho começou a apresentar um quadro de bronquiolite, para minha grata surpresa a 1.8km do local possui uma UPA 24 horas , o que facilitou em muito minha vida, quem é pai ou mae sabe muito bem a preocupação que é viajar para um local que não tem esse tipo de serviço a disposição. Proximo da casa fica a maravilhosa praia do Sape, que é pura tranquilidade e a 25 minutos da casa fica a minha praia preferida Praia de Fortaleza (surreal). Não vou nem falar das cachoeiras , me faltam palavras. E por ultimo mas não menos importante gostaria de enaltecer os serviços da dona Thereza , sempre disposta a ajudar e a nos informar !

Muito bem localizada, uns 8 minutos (a pé) da praia, assim como, do comércio. A casa é simples, mas bem estruturada, os pertences, utensílios e limpeza, atenderem muito bem. Super indico!!!
