Sehr schön gepflegt und sauber

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöner Pool, an dem wir fast immer alleine waren. Gute Fahrradwege, auch zum Strand (ca. 20 Minuten)

Gepflegtes Apartment mit netten Gastgebern / Appartement bien entretenu avec des hôtes sympas

Freundliche Gastgeber mit leckeren Tomaten im Garten! Grosses gepflegtes Apartment, ausreichend ausgestattet (ein paar Kaffeetassen und ein Wasserkocher wären noch wünschenswert). Der Markt ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und dreimal die Woche. Die Nachbarn auf der anderen Strassenseite sind manchmal etwas laut, aber dafür ist der Gastgeber ja nicht verantwortlich. Der sehr gepflegte Pool ist leider nur von 10Uhr bis 19Uhr zugänglich, aber das soll es schon gewesen sein mit der Kritik. Sehr empfehlenswert! Des hôtes sympathiques avec de délicieuses tomates dans le jardin! Grand appartement bien entretenu, bien équipé (quelques tasses à café et une bouilloire auraient été appréciables). Le marché est accessible à pied et trois fois par semaine. Les voisins d'en face sont parfois un peu bruyants, mais l'hôte n'en est pas responsable. Malheureusement, la piscine très bien entretenue n'est accessible que de 10h00 à 19h00, mais cela aurait dû être la fin des critiques. Hautement recommandé!

Idéal pour un séjour dans l'Hérault.

L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants . La propriété est proche du centre ville et à 4 kms de valras, proche de Pezenas, un emplacement idéal pour des vacances au calme. Je recommande cet endroit .

Nous avons passé 3magnifiques semaines dans cette agréable location dont l’extérieur est vraiment magnifique. La propriétaire à toujours répondu rapidement à mes demande avant l’arrivée à la location. Une fois sur place le logement été prêts bien avant l'heure et dans un état impeccable il ne manque rien, la literie est confortable et l’extérieur privé ravissant. L’accès à la piscine été pour notre pars sécuriser par deux portes avant le jardin des proprio donc très bien avec des enfants; en 3semaines nous avons eu presque l'usage exclusive de la piscine les autres locataire n'y allant pas (eau à 20° mais une fois dedans ça va). Le proprio aussi gentil que sa femme nous a régulièrement fait profiter des tomates du jardin délicieuses. Merci encore à vous nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation et les enfants ont adorer vos chocolat pour le gouter le jour du départ. la famille Decombe

Sejour agréable

Nous avons été bien accueillis par la propriétaire, l'appartement était prêt avant l'heure prévue. Environnement calme, près de la plage de Serignan, très grande et propre. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car l'eau était à 19° Grand appartement au rez-de-chaussée de la maison des propriétaires, sans vis a vis Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Sérignan

Excellent séjour, nous avons bien profiter de la piscine en famille malgré le fait qu’on ai eu à la partager avec les autres locataires il n’y a eu aucun problème. La propriétaire est super sympathique, la location était propre et confortable. Rien à dire c’était super

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location , tout est parfait ( propreté, équipements, accès, piscine) Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Belle adresse pour des vacances en famille.

Dated apartment but nice location

What we liked: The location. This was good for access to the town center, shopping and the beach. The owners: courteous. The pool: good size, very clean but cold – not heated. The bathroom. Clean and modern and worked well. What we did not like: The kitchen. The facilities were old but they were inadequate. The automatic pilot on the gas hob did not work. The oven was small, free standing (on wall) and clunky. The microwave was old. No dishwasher. No proper cupboards. The cutlery, china, glasses and utensils were old and unmatched. The overall decor was quite dark - and a bit dismal - the photos taken in 2017 are exactly as they are today. The beds: small and creaky. The pool: shared with other renters and the owners. Would we stay in this apartment again again? Sadly, no

SEJOUR AGREABLE ET REPOSANT

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine en famille, deux adultes, trois grands enfants , la maison était bien équipée et l'ensemble de la propriété décorée coquettement. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la discrétion de la propriétaire logeant au-dessus. Aussi nous vous recommandons cette location. Sans oublier bien sûr le village Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances à la plage, se distraire ou faire ses courses sur place ou bien visiter la région qui est magnifique jusqu'à Narbonne. L'appartement est à l'étage de la maison (grands vélux) mais on peut profiter du petit jardin devant équipé d'un barbecue, d'une table pour déjeuner et de chaises longues. Le quartier est calme, sur les hauteurs de Sérignan. Il faut une voiture. Nous recommandons cette location pour se reposer après les grandes journées de plage ou de tourisme.
