Voortreffelijk! Dankjewel!

Wat een voortreffelijk goed verzorgd appartement. We lazen al de goede reviews, en daar kan er nu weer één bij! Wat een fijne gastvrouw, vriendelijk ontvangst, alles super gepoetst en hygiënisch. Een appartement waar alles in zit, inclusief een fijn balkon en ook de wasmachine hebben we fijn kunnen gebruiken met een droogrek buiten. Er is zelfs een strijkplank, goede wifi, een vaatwasser.. Ik kan niets noemen wat er beter kon. Wij komen terug! Oh en de auto parking is ook zo fijn. Alles midden in hartje Annecy Annecy, top!!!!

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la gare ferroviaire, de la gare routière, et du centre historique. Nous avons pu profiter du séjour sans avoir besoin de voiture. Appartement propre et bien équipé, lits fais à l'arrivée, serviettes de toilettes fournies. Propriétaire accueillante et à l'écoute, qui est venue nous chercher à la gare. Très bon séjour dans un charmant appartement calme et tranquille

Très bien accueilli par Madame Bastard - Rousset qui est venue à notre rencontre en arrivant à Annecy. Et nous a aimablement conduit jusqu’au garage ensuite à l’appartement. Le veille de Noël, il y avait beaucoup de circulation et une manifestation. Tout s’est bien passé l’appartement est calme, propre et sécurisé. Et le petit cadeau 🎁 gourmand a été le bienvenu Suzanne et André de Boisvilliers

Excellent emplacement, très bel appartement

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien décoré, tous les accessoires nécessaires sont présents et bien rangés, la propriétaire est adorable, l'emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pieds. Le parking est précieux. Bref, rien à redire, si ce n'est, louez les yeux fermés!

Fantastisch appartment

Het appartement is heerlijk en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De privé garage waar je gebruik van kunt maken is echt een luxe in een plaats waar het zo druk kan zijn. De ligging is heel fijn, je loopt zo het oude centrum in. En de ontvangst door Isabelle was hartelijk en prettig, Heel attent ook dat ze een "welkom" attentie heeft voor haar gasten. Dank je wel voor alles Isabelle! Wij komen zeker terug!

Prima verblijf

Goede locatie in het centrum van Annecy, vlak bij het oude centrum. Erg handig dat er op een minuut afstand een garagebox voor de auto beschikbaar is. Supermarkt, restaurants etc. op loopafstand bereikbaar. Ontvangst en communicatie met de eigenaresse was prettig.

Excellente location au lac d’Annecy

Logement spacieux et très bien équipé. A 5 min à pieds du lac et du vieux Annecy. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue est très appréciable. Elle est disponible et de bons conseils. Les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée et le logement très propre. Le parking à 50 mètres est très pratique car difficile de se garer à Annecy et payant partout. Une très bonne location que je conseille fortement. On y reviendra c'est sûr !!

Nous avions choisi ce logement pour sa situation, son équipement, son garage et les commentaires des anciens vacanciers. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. En plus de sa situation parfaite, Isabelle est une personne charmante et arrangeante. Il ne faut pas hésiter pour passer un excellent séjour à Annecy

Super!

Très bon séjour à Annecy dans cet appartement très bien placé (2min de la gare). Excellent accueil par la propriétaire qui est venue nous chercher à la sortie du train et nous a tout expliqué. Rue un peu bruyante en dessous mais les chambres donnent de l'autre côté.

Home from home

The apartment was very comfortable, all furniture and fittings excellent quality, balcony looked out on a busy, lively street in the centre of town. Spotlessly clean; manager could not have been more co-operative. Highly recommended.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre d'Annecy, très confortable, très lumineux, avec un grand balcon,très propre,et au calme , il n’y manque rien.Le plus ,le garage. excellent séjour

Appartement idéalement placé au coeur du centre ville, à 200m de la vieille ville et proche du lac. Donc, beaucoup de belles promenades. Ce logement dispose de toutes les commodités même plus que nécessaire. Le garage à quelques mètre de l'appartement nous permet de ne pas utiliser notre voiture puisque Annecy dispose d'un réseau de bus important. La propriétaire est très agréable. Nous relouerons avec plaisir cet appartement pour son confort, sa situation et pour le plaisir de se promener dans la vieille ville d'Annecy.
