Available year round, come enjoy a relaxing weekend is this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage that is less than 150 feet from the largest sand beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. This is fully furnished - sleeps up to 8, posted rates are based on double adult occupancy.

Bedroom Three – 3 Single (2 upper bunks, one lower) and 1 Double Lower Bunk Beds, Dresser, Fan

Bathroom – 3 piece bath with full size shower enclosure, and 2 entry doors – one off of Master bedroom

Large Kitchen – Full Size Fridge with Freezer, Stove, Separate Fresh Direct Filtered and Purified Water Faucet, Drip and Keurig Coffee Machines, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Glassware’s, Cutlery

Living Room – Firestick TV, Couch, 2 Side Chairs, Coffee Table, End Tables, Lamps

Dining Room – Dinner Table with 8 Chairs - seats 8

Bathroom – 4 piece bath with Full Tub and Shower

Backyard – Propane BBQ, Fire Pit, Large Sandbox, Covered Porches in Front and in Back of Cottage

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted with flat pet cleaning fee.

What is Included: The cottage rental includes the WiFi internet, water, electricity, propane heating, and all maintenance. All beds will have pillows, mattress covers and top comforters.

What is Not Included: The cottage rental prices do not include personal linens (top & fitted sheets or pillow cases), shower towels, beach towels, bike or kayak rentals, central air conditioning, fire wood, food or mid-stay cleaning of the cottage. Optional linen service, central air conditioning, bicycle and kayak rentals and fire wood is available for purchase, please inquire.

Number of Persons Using the Cottage: The number of persons present overnight and during the day on the property shall not exceed the number of guests (adults and children) listed on the rental agreement, without prior authorization. Renters who exceed the maximum numbers stated will be subject to an additional nightly charge of $50 per person.

Non-smoking Cottage: Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside the cottage at any time. Smoking is permitted outside the cottage and you and your guests are fully responsible for the proper disposal of all cigarette butts and/or cigar filters. There is a $50 cleanup fee for cigarette or cigar butts found in the yard after check-out. Renters found to have smoked in the cottage at anytime shall be subject to immediate eviction without a refund including the additional security deposit.

Pets: Unfortunately, we typically do not accept animals in our cottage. However, there may be certain exceptions at an additional cleaning cost, please inquire. In such cases you must obtain written permission from the owners. Please note this does not necessarily mean the cottage has not had pets present at some time and we take no responsibility for conditions arising from pet allergies.
