Great location. Unmonitored maintenance. Building shabby.

We rented the property for a month, mainly due to its location. Owner graciously allowed us in two days early, warned us that the place wouldn’t be made up. Wow! The building hallways are filthy. There was one wet towel, all closets and dressers were full of owner’s personal stuff. We spent several hours cleaning the place, and had to bring in blankets and bedding to use. THE PLACE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR A VERY LONG TIME. We also managed to trap two rodents that were scurrying about. Owner lives in L.A. and property isn’t monitored.. Stay away from this one.

Great Renter

Place is great and easy to access. Very clean and comfortable; feels like I've been living there all my life. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking is easy to find.

Nice, clean apartment

My Mother and I just spent a long weekend at this apartment. It's perfect for two. Very clean and quiet, with friendly neighbors curious to see new faces so you know it's a well cared for building. Don't plan on much cooking as the kitchen is tight (with all the restaurant choices why would you bother cooking anyway?). Otherwise, a lovely spacious apartment whose owner takes good care of it, and screens potential renters with care so that it stays nice. The neighborhood is residential and nice to walk around. It's also close to bus and subway stops, as well as an easy hop into a cab on Broadway. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
