Smart tvs . The main house has an open floor plan for maximized entertaining and enjoyment. IT HAS CENTRAL AC AND HEAT Perfect for off season use as well... with a fully operational fireplace. plus three baths. Also has an outdoor shower. Great for getting ready to go out after a hot day at the beach!!!!! The main house sleeps 12 in beds plus a sofa bed. There is a king bed in the master with a futon , two queen bedrooms, one double, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). The living room has a sofa bed. All bedrooms includingj the living area have ceiling fans if you would rather keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for two families. The huge spacious living and dining area has a new 50" flat screen smart tv . Wifi is in the house. Conveniently located two blocks from town on the west end of town and close to Corneille...the beach area everyone wants to be on because of its fun atmosphere. Enjoy unbelievable bay views from your second story deck adjacent to the master bedroom suite and accessible to all. . Wheel chair accessible. Mature groups ...and families of course, spacious enough for at least 2 families... Lots of outdoor furniture...Amazing sunrises and mornings from your own second story deck. Amazing stay in Ocean Beach!
We had a fabulous time at Chuck's home! We arrived around 12pm to drop our bags/perishables and were pleasantly surprised to find that the house was already clean and ready for us. Chuck was super helpful with all the details. House was perfect! Super clean and spacious. It was 12 of us and there was a perfect amount of space. 6 BR's not to mention 3 bathrooms + an outside shower (which was lovely). We enjoyed the pool every day - no shortage of sun on the deck but the umbrellas provided relief. There's towels and sheets for about 100 people - you won't run out! Perfect location! Close to ferry and 5 min walk to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. 10/10 would love to stay again - thanks for everything Chuck!

Weekend Getaway
Chuck’s house was just as described. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Our group consisted of 6 couples and everyone had their own room. The pool and location were great.it was just a quick 5 min walk into town. Chuck was also a great host and responded very quickly. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again soon

Great Fire Island Home
Our family loved our stay. The home was in a great location near town but off of the most busy streets. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time! Chuck made the whole process very easy! Great pool. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Short walk to town. Nice stroll to beach. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location and fun beach house in Ocean Beach
Had an amazing stay in this house in Ocean Beach. Incredible location, walking distance to the beach and town with a large house and great outdoor porch. Chuck was super responsive in answering all questions prior to check in and during our stay and even let us check in early and stay late. Great house for a large group. Would love to come back!

Great house for a group getaway right by the beach
We were a group of 12 girls staying at the house for a bachelorette party. The house was perfect for our group size and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio space and were so close to the beach. Town was a short walk as well. Chuck was very accessible and a great host. We had a very relaxing and fun weekend!

I stayed at Chuck's place with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and open (great for a bigger group like us). And it's the perfect location — a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. And Chuck was a wonderful host! Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great house for a big group

Not the prettiest house from the outside. But big and clean. Good kitchen and plenty of bathrooms
Ocean Beach is a great beach location. The house is an easy walk from the ferry and easy walk to the beach. We had 12 staying for 7 nights. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We cooked almost all our meals in the house. All the appliances worked. Two washers and dryers came in handy. Chuck the owner was around and helpful when we had questions. It's an older property so don't expect luxury, just a fun beach house. Plan to go again next year!

The perfect house for a group -- Great location!
Chuck's home was the perfect place to stay on FI. It was a stone's throw from the ferry/downtown as well as the beach. There was a group of us staying there, and having the 2nd cabin off the deck (equipped with a full bath) was perfect for someone who may like it a little quieter. The place was clean upon our arrival, and Chuck was there too --- he was very cool!! Chuck was also VERY responsive to all of my questions throughout the booking process. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking to rent a beach house!

Had the best time here!
I rented this house for a weekend with a bunch of my friends during June. I only have positive things to say :) The house had a lot of rooms/beds. We were all very comfortable. The outdoor deck area is amazing. It is also super close to all of the bars/restaurants in town and a two minute walk from the beach!!! I would definitely come back for another stay!

Amazing house with perfect location
House is better than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious and comfortably fit 12 men. Location is a 2 min walk from town and a 5 min walk from the beach. The Owner is friendly, helpful, and couldn't have been better. A++

Charming beach cottage
We had a wonderful at this home. It slept 6 adults and 3 kids comfortably and had room to spare. Everything was provided and the owner Chuck was great to work with. We look forward to returning in the future.

Girls weekend!
What a perfect weekend getaway! A group of us rented Chuck’s house for a girls weekend in Fire Island and we couldn’t have been happier. The house is the PERFECT location in Ocean Beach, just a few minute walk from town and the ferry, and also a just few minutes to the beach. There were plenty of beds, comfortable couches, a huge outdoor deck and enough space for us all to hang out around the house. Don’t worry about bringing much—the house comes equipped with beach accessories, a wagon, and PLENTY of towels! Chuck was a great host and helped us plan a fun weekend. I would definitely recommend the house and hope to be back next summer!

Last minute memories
My fiends and I wanted to spend the weekend in fire island for a friend's birthday but had no luck finding a house that was reasonable or available. I stumbled across this house on a Facebook posting seeing if anyone wanted a house for the weekend for a reasonable price as they had a last min cancelation.. of course I clicked on it. Long story short the house was perfect for what we needed and we booked it immediately! When we got there the next day I was taken back at how nice the house was. It's the perfect beach house with a little extra room outside the spacious deck with its own sink fridge and bathroom. Plenty of rooms and beds we had 10 people fit very comfortably. U pretty much just had to show up with food because towels, chairs, soap, shampoo etc were provided. The upstairs deck had a nice view as well. Not only did chuck supply us a house but he supplied us with memories we'll have forever! Thank you so much and I hope to be able to use ur house again next year!!
