House in a great state of conservation, (house for personal use) swimming pool surrounded by coconut trees with table and benches on the deck, barbecue grilled, pizza oven, 4 large bedrooms, one is a suite, all well ventilated and with ceiling fans, three bathrooms.
Comfortable living room, TV, combined with the dining room.
Picturesque garden, permanently visited by birds of the region of the Atlantic Forest.
Excellent location, 500 meters from the beach of São Lourenço, and further on the beach of Itaguaré with beautiful views and a river of crystalline waters cutting the sands of this beach, located in the last reserve of the Atlantic Forest.
In the month of January we can count on cultural activities of Espaço Veja, for all ages!
Note: We do not rent the house for a group of young people.
