This large lakefront home boasts 6 bedrooms, with 2 master suites overlooking the lake. This home can sleep 18 comfortably. Bring the whole family or multiple families for the perfect lake get-away.

Lake views from every room with oversized windows. 180 feet of waterfront with a huge u shaped dock. Covered front porch with oversized rocking chairs for relaxing, and also a large patio with comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit and grill. Large grass space, private dock with boat slip and swimming area across the street. Hiking trails directly behind the house (winter months, these are the state snowmobile trails)
This home is also great for a family ski get away - Only 15 minute drive to Gunstock Ski Mountain and only 30- 45 minute drive to northern ski resorts.

Owners have a small apartment above the detached garage on the property (separate from the house) . Often in the summer months they are there on the weekends to greet guests when they arrive.

Lake Winnisquam is the fourth largest lake in New Hampshire, this lake is laid back, but big enough so you don't get bored yet small enough to keep the large yachts away. Escape to Lake Winnisquam for a great vacation. Only 90 minutes north of Boston, 5 minutes from exit 20 off 93

We had a wonderful stay! Location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. House was big enough for our large family. Loved having the large dining table to fit everyone for meals. We had small issue with key but Dawn was quick to resolve and easy to work with!

Gorgeous home on Lake Winnisquam

My family and I had the most amazing trip, and the house was spectacular. The adults and children has plenty of space and there were so many things to do - lots of games, paddle board and kayaks, fire pit, you name it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Wonderful location and exceeded our expectations for our NH trip!

Its great because there are several different places you can "get away" from everyone to give you the feel you are not with a crowd or if you are looking for some quiet time. I love that you don't have to bring sheets and towels. everything is very well kept. would love to go back.

Bike Week 2023

We had 10 adults stay at the house for bike week. The house was excellent and very accommodating to all parties. The owner was very accessible for anything we needed. The fire pit and stack of wood they provided was the hit of our nights during our stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

great place

this is our second year staying at this home and love it. there are several places to sit if you want to be more alone at times.. love the bedroom set up. the property manager was quick to come over and supply what was missing which was great. the AC at night in the bedroom was a little off. our room was cold and a few others said how hot theirs was. great time and hoping to return.

ideal family vacation house

This house has it all. Very updated, comfortable, well furnished rooms for both hanging out and sleeping. Lots of outdoor spaces for large and small groups to play or relax. Beautiful, peaceful views of the lake...with easy access to the water just steps away. While you feel a complete sense of getting away while you're there, it's also very easy to get to from the highway and close enough to shopping and restaurants that you've got places to stock up or eat out if you wish.

Great location had a blast!

The house is perfect set up with two living rooms and 5 bathrooms! So close to the boat rentals and has nice yard and fire pit area! We loved our stay here the set up is awesome and we would love to return!! Our only complaint was the listing says 2 are bunk beds and the way it is laid out it seems like there would be 6 beds total in that room if two of them were bunk and there are 4! Could have just been the way we all read it but wanted to give anyone a heads up if they were confused as well !! Overall 10/10 recommend!

Relaxing Stay

The property manager and Vrbo's representative were great. They listened and responded quickly to questions, etc. We had 14 guys, all over 60 and fraternity brothers. We are a pretty easy going group who just wanted to play cards, cook and drink a few. The layout with the fire pit and fire place worked well. Awesome Trip!

The home is beautiful and has everything that you could need. We took full advantage of the incredible fireplace in the main living room. Firewood is nicely provided by the host. Very convenient location into town. We loved our stay.

Our Observations

The property and house are both beautiful and mostly well maintained. It was spacious and worked very well for our family. Beautiful views and space where kids could practice skiing and sledding.. Close to things to do. However, some things were disappointing. Both jacuzzis did not work- one had no hot water and the other had hot water but jets do not work. Dryer makes a LOUD noise. Handles in several showers and baths missing or broken. One oven inoperable. Smalll oven for 13 people? PlayStation advertised but there is not one. Closest in one of small bed rooms smells of dead rodent.Unfortunately I do not believe we would rent this house again.

Great stay at Sanbornton NH!

Well appointed beautiful house. Good space. We spent our thanksgiving holiday with few friends and family and this house was perfect for it. Owners had every instruction written down, so did not have to connect with them for questions.
